My 5 day solo stay during off season was great overall. My room: nice, relatively clean, good place to relax. All of the staff were kind and attentive. The game changer was the dining: great food & the best maitre d' (Derrick) I have encountered in all of my travels. The dining team knows how to treat guests. I would stay here again and encourage you to do the same.

Cleanliness: the cleaning staff are very polite and could be a bit more attentive to the details. The shower curtain was dirty, hose for the toilet water sprayer had mold, carpets needed vacuuming. Front desk could have been more proactive about sharing useful information regarding room keys and cleaning services.

The staff were polite and helpful at every call. Services 10/10. Rooms were cozy and hygienic. Suggestion to have bath towels in every rooms. Restaurant food was amazing, the menu had a lot of option like Italian food but unfortunately they served only Indian and Chinese food. Could work on it.

Suggestion to improve on the complimentary breakfast quality. Chutney had no salt, vadas were sour and coffee was not very hot to drink. We would like to taste authentic Mysore food which we were highly expecting but was disappointed. Staff were working hard and satisfied the customers need. Kudos to them.

Hotel is centrally located and hotel has covered parking space. Also, parking is available outside the hotel too. The rooms are clean, bathroom is well maintained. The breakfast is good with decent options. If you have done booking from booking.com, the hotel staff calls you to confirm the booking by making a payment. This is needed as you get a confirmed booking before your arrival there.

The double cot is smaller and doesn't look like a king size cot. Checkout with the hotel if you are more than 2 people staying in the same room.

Location is good, friendly staff, good facilities. Breakfast was OK, selection was good but taste was just average which is the only reason I give 8 out of 10.

The booking process should be improved though (not sure its with Booking.com or with the Hotel) I got a call one day before the check-in that the amount was not debited by Booking.com and I should pay it soon to block my room within one hour which was not expected as I already shared my credit card info to Booking.com whilst booking.

Searching for good hotels in mysore During weekend is really a challenge, During online search I got mix reviews for this hotel. Like the hotel is New and staff is not trained properly, lighting in not proper etc etc😑. But i still booked this hotel because of the area where it located is somewhat nearer to my work location. Once we entered hotel. ● we got checked into the room with in 5 mins. ● front office staff was very quick. ● Room size was good enough for two persons. ● All the amenities are working properly as intended. 24/7 hot water is very good 👍. ● And I have to say Breakfast was simply amazing more than 5 varieties (excluding that bloody 🍞 jam and butter, f u 🍞) ● staff do resolved our grievance very quickly. The rooms and the hotel along with the amenities are really nice. Very affordable and premium. Rooms were clean and almost zero use of plastic which makes it quite sustainable. The staff is polite and helpful. The spread for the breakfast buffet is good especially the omelette made on request was very nice.

The food could have been a little better. The juice provided in the buffet was watery and during the buffet there was no room service as informed to us. However the spred was quite good

Clean,chic ,modern and extremely comfortable . The reception guy(thin and tall structure with dark complexion )especially the one who was on duty at night during our stay,the cafe guy,lady stuffs and the head chef I guess.. are extremely nice polite and cooperative in nature

Behaviour of two staff members,one in the restaurant and another in housekeeping are rude and worthless

Not very well experienced staff. Not much clue on the process. For example, food was good, but the management of the same was messy - they can solve this easily by organizing the plates/spoons/items like idli/chutney/bread on the desk, relieving the staff from huffing puffing all the time. Simple things which are easily fixable. There was no hot water supply. The lights in the bathroom mirror should be well lit.

The hotel and it's facilities are really good. The restaurant at 5th floor has varieties of cuisines including Indian and rates are reasonable. Neighborhood is peaceful and location is ideal if someone is visiting the city with family.

It is kind of far from the city so you have to rely on online cabs.

The room was very clean and the hotel is easily visible from the road. Everyone there ensured we had an enjoyable stay.The breakfast buffet was awesome

There were not enough varieties of food in the restaurant for dinner options. There are common options like pasta, fried rice but nothing more than that.
