Good overall. Comfortable room and nice hotel. Good breakfast as well and helpful staff.

We ask the hotel if we can borrow the towel for a day since we are going to hot water springs…. They would not allow us , after arguing with the manager , finally they allowed us to borrow the towels. It’s a common courtesy for the hotel to lend the guest - hope they will train their staffs to be more accommodating

The location is superb. It is at the heart of the city which allow short travel time to some of Bandung culinary places. The price is affordable with such good location. The breakfast menu variation is good. Many choices from Indonesian to American breakfast.

The water pressure at the room for shower and urinate is very low. Would appreciate if the hotel take care of this important stuff.

Great hotel in a great location. Beautiful views over the surrounding mountains. I really enjoyed the water coolers on each floor to refill my water bottle. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely modern, but historic boutique hotel in the heart of the historic downtown. The family room proved to be 2 great adjoining rooms.. Great location and nice cafe.

Breakfast is good to many variety of food and the location also very strategic.

Should have shuttle bus and easily for foreigner go to whoosh station and other place nearest city.

Art-themed hotel, with art pieces in the hotel and rooms, heard that art exhibitions are held in the hotel lobby sometimes too. Lobby: a cafe (B10 Coffee) located beside the lobby reception. Clean toilets at lobby. Location: located in downtown Bandung, private parking. Room: average-sized. Toilet is average sized. Great view of the city skyline with the huge window on one whole wall Facilities: essential hotel toiletries available. Big TV. In-house massage available but did not try. Staff: speak English quite well Security: Gated complex with security guards

Room: added an extra bed for 30k so the walkway became a bit cramped

Love most anything about this hotel, love the variety of the food during breakfasr time, too. Ayam rendang is really nendang😁. Wanna extend it, yet it was fully booked. Next time will be back.😊

More spacious will be better, I guess.

Great location. Awesome staff! We really liked the staff here! Very friendly! Our room on the 11th floor had a great view of the Braga street. Enough space for your suitcase and clothes. Got a small fridge to keep your drinks cold.

The wifi was average.It cut out sometimes specially at night when I guess everyone were in their rooms. If you decide to leave a complimentary coffee, dont just leave one coffee pod. There are usually two people. Im not sure if the idea was that we are sharing a coffee? Only a specific coffee machine that uses pods. No water boiler for the tea that they supply. The breakfast was not good in my opinion. I only drank the coffee which was nice! Please remove your elevator music or change it up more often.

Location is the best for Braga, walking distance to many restaurants, groceries, bank etc. the best is their breakfast..superb!
