Aquamadre Suites are perfectly positioned in Carlforte, in the San Pietro Island region. We travelled by ferry as foot passengers and the suites are a short walk away from the port. We booked the superior king with balcony and view and it was beautiful, as was the view. All the rooms are lovely (I had opportunity to look during your stay). Due to our ferry timings and early arrival time we were very kindly permitted an early check in which was much appreciated. The toiletries provided smelt heavenly and the coffee machine and facilities very welcome. Lots of suggestions of where to go and what do provided pre arrival and we were contacted during our stay to check all was ok and if needed anything further (we didn’t but how nice to check on us). Beautiful and clean suite with great communal areas. Aquamadre suites overlooks the salt pans. We walked along the via del sale nature trail during our stay and loved watching the bird life including the flamingos coming and going. So relaxing. The team at Aquamadre Suites especially Laura and the kind lady who made up the rooms each day extremely pleasant and accessible. There are only three rooms and as a consequence everything is personalised. Would highly recommend staying. Breakfast is not offered however there is a lovely little cafe a couple of minutes away which was fabulous.

The property was extremely clean, with a high degree of care of details. The host was extremely nice and was able to provide a comprehensive explanation of both the property and the island of Carloforte, giving us a complementary map of the island he developed with all of the must-visit spots. There is a cleaning service everyday and the staff is extremely nice. The position is perfect, being a couple of minutes away from the city centre and having free public parking in front of the structure.

Beautifully appointed room that was clean, comfortable and had a wonderful balcony The staff were always on hand on whatsapp and tended to every need be it something that needed fixing in the room which was dealt with instantly, be it restaurant recommendations and bookings, be it beach recommendation or things to do on the island. The staff really could not do enough for you, they were brilliant. Location was excellent. Just on the outskirts of the centre of town which made for a peaceful night's sleep but at the same time a short walk from everything. Parking was abundant, very close to Aquamadre and free.

Would have been nice to have had a very basic breakfast service for the price but granted it is somewhat limited in what it can provide. A few pastries, fruit, milk, cereal etc would not go amiss and I think entirely manageable for them.

The room was immaculate, very clean and modern. Great facilities, really comfortable bed and the shower was great. While we only had a side balcony view it was great to sit out there with a drink at the end of the day. We were also provided with useful info on the best beaches to go to and places to eat. We loved it and would have been happy to stay longer if we had spent more time in Carloforte.

The property is newly refurbished in modern style with all comforts including coffee machines. They have been extremely helpful with indications for our stay. They also accomodate the check in at our arrival. The location is perfect for the city center with great parking solution and close to “saline” ideal for cycling and running. Highly recommended.

Stylish, spotless rooms with views of flamingos over the salt flats made our mornings unforgettable. Just minutes from town, yet blissfully quiet. Francesca, the host, was incredibly helpful and kind. A perfect blend of comfort and hospitality—we’ll be back!

What a beautiful property! The host Michele was a pleasure to meet. He gave us all the information we could ask for regarding places to see, beaches, restaurants and bars. Michele was very generous in offering us a complimentary upgrade for our room and it was a gorgeous room. Could not fault our whole experience. One night was definitely not long enough to explore and further experience this island, the friendly locals and this great property. Would highly recommend Auquamadre Suites!

Honestly a beautiful stay at Aquamadre! The room was spacious, and very well designed. The bathroom was very modern and the best very comfortable. The location was also very good, right in the old town close to the port, but in a quiet street. Staff very kind and helpful!

The stay was excellent and excellent was the value for money!
