The room that we're get was calm and quite..Easy to access area tanah rata. Receptionist (Sharmila) very helpful and friendly.. anything you need just her and she will help you whithin her scope job..this hotel had lift to going up down , friendly environment for old people or oku person to stay holiday in there...after midnight, the front door will lock, our safety were secured...

1. I love the toilet..very clean and no smelly. The room is big size for family n very comfortable. Will repeat again 2. Uncle reception is very kind and tolerant 3. have lift to going up 4. The facilities are very good 5. The staff gives response to WhatsApp and chat when booking the rooms.

1.No parking lot for this hotel, have to find other. Hopefully th hotel have parking lot.. 2. The hotel have to Prepare a fan or air conditioner for customers, even though the weather in Cameron Highlands is cold but the nights feel warm. The weather is not the same as before.

Hotel is 2.minutes from bus station and all restaurants. Street food also nearby. Room was large, clean and furnished, which is not always the case here in Malaysia. We had great time here and would definitely recommend this hotel

After day out in the drizzle we would appreciate some kind of heating. Clothes and towels were never really dry. Just a recommendation😉

Well situated, the staff was nice.

There was no light in the toilet and the toilet paper was not enough.

Pretty good value for money. Very clean and spacious

The only thing is the location. Some may like it as it's very central. But the hustle and bustle and high car traffic till late night puts us off. You can smell the car exhaust in the cold air. Other than that, it was a good stay.

Met the same staffs from our 2020 visits! Staffs are friendly and kind. They gave us big room which are clean and neat! Everything was perfect!

The remote control of the TV was faulty.

I like the room. There are many plug points very convenient.

The shower water pressure is low so the shower was OK but very enjoyable. There were also ants crawling on the wall and floor
