The location is a plus point as it was at the centre of the town. The rooms are also very comfortable and spacious especially for families. The staffs were also very helpful and hospitable.

Parking could be better as we were there during busy season and once you park, it was difficult to move your car but the staff did the best they could. It’s advisable to park and walk or take the tuktuk so you don’t get stressed. The toilet cleanliness could be improved.

I recently stayed at Garden View Hotel in Betong and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is located in a peaceful area, just a short drive from the town centre, making it a great spot for relaxation after exploring the busy streets of Betong.

The wifi connection. It was unavailable for the 24 hrs. Had to keep coming down to the lobby which is annoying to keep moving around just to reply a text. Connection at level 4 was useless

The room, need a little more cleaning

All the staff that I interacted with were very friendly and helpful! The hotel though dated, is very clean and still well kept. I particularly like the spacious/big room, and the ample parking area!

Hotel located near Betong Tunnel and easy to access by vehicle. Parking is spacious and no need to parking near busy street. Check-in and check-out process is easy with many counter opens even during early morning. Have lift access.

Our room toilet a bit smelly. Need to improve toilet cleanliness.

Security good for our Toyota Alphatd. Slot of open space on front of Hotel, The Bar good for couples to relax and have some drinks. Staff very attentive. Feel verycsafe staying hete

Location, price & the friendly staff

We booked 2 rooms, 1 room the water heater was old & not functioning & the toilet floors was uneven causing water logged. The room facilities need to be upgraded.

Nice hotel near central Betong. A little old but all ok. Hot water , bed ok and great position. I was doing a UTMB race and it was a short walk to start line 👌
