I like the new modern design of the room, parking available for guests although not much, but still very near to entrance

The selection of breakfast buffet is quite mediocre , i don’t the see the reason why i need to pay extra rm 10 per hour if i want to check in early if the room is already available under my name, that is ridiculous

The room is clean and well-maintained. The Front Office staff was friendly and helpful.

I booked for 3days 2nights but on the 2nd day, the housekeeping member tried to open the door while I was on shower although the do not disturb sign was up. Understand the process but please check your in-house lift before you start the duty.

Location was great and the price is decent. Breakfast was included which is always a big plus point and the room is quite spacious.

The windows in the room could use some cleaning and the water in the shower room does not drain fast enough.

Location middle of row of shops and walking distances. The breakfast simple.

Breakfast needs more choices and empty portion delays to fill up. Waitress took longer time to clear empty tables.

Everything about the room. It's very comfortable. Very clean and welcoming. Washroom as well.

Staffs were not as enthusiastic and welcoming as before. Could smile a little. They still get their job done though, so not a concern.

Location is good. Near to the spring shopping mall. Breakfast is worth the price, i like their Nasi Lemak & Laksa! Nice environment, comfortable bed & pilliow.

The room was nice with comfy bed and good lighting. Breakfast spread was nice and tasty. Overall the staff also very friendly and customer oriented.

Not much to complaint only for TV channel its quit limited and the signal was not very clear.

Centrally located with ample space for parking. Has a lot of eateries nearby- both halal and non halal. The Spring is also near too. Check in was also swift and staff was friendly. Will definitely return to stay there.

I love the decorations ~It’s like visiting an art museum. The bed is comfortable and shower is hot enough just a little small space to shower if you plan to shower with ur partner.

I didn’t think the room is soundproof as we can hear woman moaning at night.. huhu
