Everything was great in hotel, except waiters in restaurant. Soft drink included.

Waiters in restaurant were like robots, without emotions, no smile, rude sometimes, focus only to empty plates or glasses (which was not empty few times) and take it of immediately. I felt rushed on their part.

The hotel and room ( #8 apartm.) was well equiped, newly furnished, the lobby looks very nice and the terrace was awesome with lovely panoramic view to the sea. Breakfast & dinner had plenty of choice delicious & tasty . Restaurant staff was helpful & motivated.Check in was fast with useful information in personal thank you to Juliana .

In bath from the shower the water always flooding out we need to use lot of towels .

Breakfast and dinner are excellent. The staff is really welcoming and pleasant.

The cleanliness of the room could have been better (I have a feeling the floors weren't cleaned properly), and the shower in the bathroom is really poorly designed (the water from the shower sprays all over the place).

The location is great, food is amazing and they have a very fancy dinner on Friday. The beach is right nearby, 3 minutes walking from the hotel. In the evening you can see a very pretty sunset right from the dinner terrace. 10/10

Staff excellent. We originally booked a pavilion but we got upgraded to a beautiful room on the reception level of the main hotel, with a large seaview balcony running along two sides of the room.

Dinner and breakfast were so so SO good. Staff was also very very good. Very pleasant to talk to and willing to help with any questions that we had.

The bathroom was not so good, small shower and because of that water flying everywhere. You shower for few minutes and you have flood there, but that is probably because we took annex building. Trip to the beach was also not so plesant, but the same thing applies. Trip was too steep and we had a lot of stuff having two small children 3-year old and 1-year old. If we had stayed in hotel part my evaluation would be higher. So to sum up. If you have small children take hotel part of the hotel not annex, also you have 150m steep climb so take that into account. For people without children it will be very good stay.

Great location, very close to the beach. Food was great, lot of different choices, lot of different desserts. Very tasty and abundant. View from the dining terrace was stunning, I enjoyed it very much. Room was nice and clean. New furniture, big bed, room amenities covered all the basics. I loved the balcony. The sea view from our room was great! Staff was really friendly. Free parking at the site was a big plus.

The shower in the bathroom is very poorly constructed. No matter how careful you are being while taking a shower, it will leave the bathroom quite soaked. Bed was a bit on the soft side which is not my cup of tea but it wasn’t that bad. I didn’t like the pillow. The path from the main building to the annex isn’t lighted, it is up hill and you have to use your phone torch to get up there. The biggest disappointment of all was that the hotel is promoting their new pool complex which is not even closely to being finished. One can assume from the website that there are 4 pools, while there is only one smaller outdoor pool which you can use.

I belueve the chef should start using salt for the dishes.
