Very nice hotel. They offered water, coffee and biscuts on arrival while we were checking in. And they also offered bottles of water at check-out, for the trip. All free of charge. Staff was kind and courteous. The room was comfortable and the shower very good.

The only disappointment was that we had decided to spend a bit more in this stay just because of the swimming pool. However, it was dirty, out-of-order.

Easy to find, ample parking, very comfortable room. Breakfast was varied and very tasty! Restaurant on site and the evening meal we took was excellent. Staff very helpful and friendly. Comfy beds.

Shower leaked badly due to a damaged seal. Informed hotel when asked for feedback on their own system and received an email reply thanking us for the feedback and that the seal had been repaired. Excellent!!

Spacious modern room in the annex, close to the swimming pool. The breakfast was immense! The on-site restaurant was lovely. The beds around the pool were incredible, especially the ones with the double cushion on.

It was a little far outside L’Aquila (although we knew this when we booked). It felt a little bit impersonal as there were so many people on site.

We needed to swap our room due to mobility issues on stairs, almost instantly done and the extra day we needed due to a booking error on my part was rapidly sorted as well. Excellent reception staff. The Spapizar restaurant was exceptional but have a big appetite the courses are large and well prepared and presented. Very popular with the locals

Good room and facilities. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean. It was great to have a balcony. Swimming pool and smaller pool were appreciated. Good location for visiting the surrounding area.

Was a little noisy when people left the restaurant in the early hours.

Wonderful friendly staff nothing was ever a problem. very clean rooms with fresh towels every day. amazing food in the restaurant and great value for money the pool area is cleaned every evening with all fresh chemicals and no rubbish lying about and all you can hear with noise is birds. very relaxing place!
