The hotel is very clean and well kept. We enjoyed the coffees prepared in the restaurant/bar area adjacent to the hotel. The little cookies in our suite were a nice treat. There is also fruit infused ice water and other treats at Reception. The staff treated us exceptionally! We were also upgraded upon check in to a beautiful suite, which was quite a pleasant surprise. There was a slight problem however with the air conditioning in our suite but Guila in Reception had it resolved promptly! In order to get to the City Centre, we had to use the car. We probably could have walked it but it was suggested it is better to drive. We did find a wonderful small local restaurant a few steps from the hotel called Pizzeria Rosticceria ETNA. So much more than pizza, they offered a generous variety of Italian vegetables, meat selections, and sandwiches all made to order, along with beer choices and local wine. This dinner was the highlight of our stay, I felt like I was a child again having dinner with my grandparents. The owners spent time with us and made us feel so welcome! There is also plenty of area around the hotel for those who like their morning walks and jogs.

The negative for us were the ever present smokers hanging around the hotel entrance and the parking lot of the coffee/bar entrance.

Great amenities and things to do nearby. I've been in the city several times but it's my first in the hotel. It was simply amazing. Great breakfast, rooms are big and comfy.

While it's well connected, by night, can be a bit annoying to more around and taxis usually end at midnight. So unless you have a car, it's gonna be a small walk from the city centre.

The choice for breakfast was excellent. Staff at reception most helpful and cheerful and was well advanced in finding solutions to my problem. I arrived by mistake at another town and the receptionist very quickly found a solution.i was very grateful to her. Unfortunalyy i cannot recall her name.

Great breakfast with a variety of choices. Room was clean and comfortable. Walking distance to the centre of town, close to the 99 fountains and supermarket. Bus stop to/from Rome right out the front of the hotel. Downstairs cafe fantastic for afternoon cocktails and snacks.

Pet-friendly, staff is professional and cordial. Room was very clean. Breakfast was delicious and staff was accommodating in making changes.

It is not a negative feedback but check the location before booking: it is not right in the centre of L’Aquila. Only 25 minutes walk from the main city centre.

Rooms were good and clean. Bed was comfortable. I liked that each floor had a refrigerator and that one could take water from the refrigerator.

The fitness room was small. There was not a good on site restaurant for lunch and dinner.

The room was modern and well thought out although fairly compact. Mountain views from 4th floor. Great TV allowing personal account logons. Handy bar and cafe attatched. Parking was fine. Breakfast was good

Urban location and no restaurant.

The rooms were a good size, air conditioned and smelt great. The bathroom had a fantastic shower with great shampoo and shower gel. Despite its location there was a bus stop right outside the hotel which took you to the town centre in under 10 minutes.

Over the three days we stayed in this hotel the service during breakfast varied significantly. On the first day our order was taken promptly and cooked as requested. On the second day we had to chase down a member of staff to place an order. It then arrived under cooked and without condiments.

OMG...the BREAKFAST!!!! One of the best selections I've come across. Very friendly staff, from front desk to the breakfast room, to the cleaning team. Easy parking right in front of the hotel. The overflow lot is a very quick walk down the street. (All free.) Snack stations on each floor with free water, coffee, tea, and juice.

Space in the bathroom was very tight. (That said, we'd stay in a suite next time.) We enjoyed our stay and we LOVE Aquila! We will definitely return, and stay at My Suite Hotel again.

The food at breakfast and at dinner very good. The hotel was modern and clean and the location very central.

The water pressure to fill the tub was so slow that we didn't use the whirlpool bath we paid for because it would take so long to fil the tub.
