Everything was excellent. Very gentle and professional staff . Especially the waiters who served excellent food in the evening at the SCIARLÒ SUL MARE (a structure that belongs to the Villa Irlanda). So we will be back soon. I recommended

There is nothing to complain about. Maybe just a personal note : for the 4 stars, the breakfast could be richer and more diverse , to have that note of excellent quality with unique touch,just like the place itself

The property was beautiful!! Lovely layout and relaxing. The pool was picture perfect. The grounds and gardens were well maintained. Breakfast had a great variety of items. The hotel staff was fantastic especially Francesco. He was so helpful and took us on a boat excursion of the peninsula. Wonderful experience!!

The air conditioner worked but the room was a bit too warm for us.

The grounds were very pretty and the room was nice and sufficient for a one night stay. The breakfast was very enjoyable.

Parking was quite a ways from the room. And then we had to go up a couple of flights of stairs to get to the room with luggage. (Two women, with luggage traveling Italy top to bottom lol) When having a conversation at the front desk whilst soaked to the bone, the clerk kept saying, but we could’ve helped get your luggage for you Because it was raining outside and I said well you could’ve helped with the luggage but that’s a long walk to my car in the rain either way.

I really loved the beautiful villa and the garden, the beach was fantastic and the hotel workers were all very friendly!:) Special thanks to Angelo, one of the owners, who was kind to show me some parts of the Roman times wall that is still in the hotel area:) Also special thanks to Indira from the reception was very helpful and friendly and who speaks Russian, which was helpful to me:) Everything was great, would love to come back again!:) The vibes of the place are very aristocratic and relaxed and it’s a great place to de-stress and just enjoy sun, beach and good food:)

The Pool and grounds were sensational. The pictures do not do it justice. The rooms were very nice and clean. Check in and check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely friendly local cats! :)

3 out of the 5 nights we stayed, there were private parties / weddings on and the hotel pool area was then occupied and out of bounds, we felt like we were intruding and not aloud to be in the hotel grounds. The pool shut at 6pm every night which in my opinion was too early considering it stays light until nearly 9pm. We are a young family with 2 children (13 and 10) and the rest of the hotel guests were a much more mature croud, an elderly woman told my 10 year old daughter to stop talking in the pool as she was trying to relax. The Restaurant was overated and the food was not great. The Breakfast buffet was not great The fold out bed for my children in our room was extremely uncomfortable.

We stayed for a week in the villa with our extended family which included three children (14, 7 and 1 year old), and all of us enjoyed every moment of our stay. We absolutely loved delicious breakfasts with home-baked pastries! The hotel has a very nice beach on a wooden platform with a tent which saved us from the scorching heat at the end of July. The sea next to the platform is knee-deep and and is good for children and adults as it gets deeper further away. We liked the swimming pool as well: it is large, clean, and there are both a deep part for swimming and a shallow part for young children. The garden around the villa is beautiful and well kept. We are grateful for having three rooms for our families next to each other. There is so much history on the villa to explore! The staff are friendly and helpful.

There was nothing we didn‘t like

This is our second time here, the second time with children, we really like the location of the hotel, the cleanliness, the food, the weather is wonderful, special thanks to INDIRA who worked at the reception and LENA who worked in the restaurant

The only complaint is that this time the lunch menu was slightly changed, two years ago it was better

The swimming pool, the garden, exceptional dinners, welcoming stuff, the beach and so on….

There was no electric kettle in the room, no free water in hotel

Location is good. Close to the beach and quiet.

-Showers should be updated, it’s so easy to install a rain shower and make it look and feel better. -Being in a building that is more than 100 years old is super nice, having furniture from the same time is not that good. -Breakfast was the biggest disappointment, felt like there is nothing to eat, everything was bought from outside, so little options, not was you expect from a hotel in Italy.

Delicious food, in particular the dinner served in an elegant atmosphere. Amazing pool, lovely green areas and very clean rooms. Attentive staff.
