Even though the main air-conditioning inverter stopped working just when we arrived (all rooms and the restaurant without climate control), they did their best to make us comfortable and accommodate us. Yes, it was hot, but in the 2nd day they installed a portable airco to help us through the +33 degree days we've had. This mishap was out of their control and they went above and beyond to make us comfortable. Superb breakfast, nice staff and great service. Highly recommended and would go again!

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff, specially the front desk/front house lady, which is the most friendly and helpful person ever, lovely Everything about the place was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where I had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Perfect location for the beach and surrounding areas. The manager and staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The breakfast was superb as was the seafood available in the restaurant for lunch and dinner

The Management does a wonderful job keeping their guests happy. The hotel itself is at beachside with a sunset view to die for, but rooms and common areas also are kept tidy and neat, rooms are spacious, comfortable and spotless clean, the restaurant is simply the best in Valledoria! Thank you ALL STAFF for the warm welcome and friendly attentive approach during our stay. We will be back for sure, this was a 5 star experience!

The owner and all her staff are unbelievably friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, the wine list is amazing and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Oh, and the sunsets are incredible. Highly recommended.

Very nice location just by the sea, staff very welcoming. We even had a night market while we were staying here. Maybe everyday change of sheets may not be needed (personal opinion)

We were unlucky with the weather, even through it was August we've had rain, then it was very windy, strong waves and quite chilly overall. Couldn't make the most of the beach which is a shame

The hotel is located in an incredible place, right next to the sea and a quiet little beach. Rooms were clean and very nice, and had a view of the sea. The staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfasts were tasty and bountiful :)

Best location, right on the beach. We loved being able to hear the soothing sound of the sea below our bedroom window. Staff were SO friendly and helpful (especially Monica!). Food was excellent. I hope to visit again!

The location perfect at the beach. The room was clean and big. You can enjoy both the sunrise and the sunset from the hotel! The owners and the staff was very kind. The restaurant serves very good meal! So it was a great place to stay!
