Suggestions were provided for better directions as Google Maps was abit off. Entry was off the traffic circle not past. But we found it.

The owner/manager is very generous and caring that we as customers will be satisfied. very restful Beautiful new equipment. Good comfy beds Everything is clean,new.

We didnot had hot water in the shower

The house itself is wonderful, tasteful decorated. A " hacienda" in the true meaning

The property is essentially a horse riding centre where people come and take lessons. It was nice to look at.

As we got to the property, we met a man called Jose Miguel there who has been tending to the animals. Having shown him our reservation details, he then communicated to the owner, Carmen, and after waiting almost 45 minutes, we were shown in to the property. We were told by Jose Miguel that we could use the entire property and were shown through each room, 2 consisting of double beds and the far bedroom consisting of 2 singles and a double. He showed us through the kitchen and said we can use it, showing us the cupboard with food. We later found a document stating we did not have rights to the kitchen and we’re strictly told to not enter it unless we wanted water, which was supposedly provided in the fridge as the tap water was non drinkable. Frustratingly, there was no water in the fridge. The beds were ok but the noises through the night are a huge letdown. There are goats, chickens, dogs and horses that make a real racket at night so it was a difficult nights sleep, for any of us that got any. To make matters worse, the swimming pool was in some cleaning mode I’d assume as it was gushing throughout the night. Our day started early and we’d paid for breakfast, an ‘exceptional breakfast’ per the reservation made on Booking.com. However, we were not given anything for breakfast, even after speaking with Jose Miguel, Maria (cleaner), Carmen (owner) and lastly, Booking.com agents. To top off our stay, Maria the cleaner arrived at approximately 11am and began inspecting the property. She burst out of a room and started shouting at me in Spanish, I explain I don’t speak Spanish and attempt to take out my phone to use google translate all whilst being shouted at in a foreign language. She was shouting at me because the corner of the bed had been lifted up. Now I won’t lie, we did lift the corner of the sheets to feel the softness of that bed as ours were quite uncomfortable but chose not to sleep there as it was the same as the largest bedroom.
