Pros: LOCATION (I was biking the Prairie Spirit, and it was literally right off the trail), WM nearby for supplies, good AC, good water pressure, clean comfy bed, lots of television stations, outdoor pool and efficient sound proofing (I had a noisy neighbor but the room shielded me quite well), priced right for the budget traveler.

No complaints from me - but if you want something modern & updated you won't find it here. This is clean, basic, and " vintage' for budget travelers who just want a shower & sleep. This might be a place you end up with questionable neighbors, but sound proofing is good and there's like 3 locks on the door. Lol.

Extremely quiet, heard no noise from traffic or anyone staying there.. very clean (no smell of any kind) Good bed, cleanest swimming pool that I have ever seen. Very nice staff. Everything worked, A/C, microwave, mini fridge, TV. shower, clean towels every day. Staff was very nice. Good price. One of the best motels we have stayed in.

The rooms not in the front are almost 3 star type rooms. Clean carpet, no musky smell, bedding more than efficient. Microwave, refrigerator all good, clean. If going to this location ask for rooms in rear.

I don't like people rating a hotel just because you don't ask if all the rooms are the same, because more than not they aren't. This hotel has a difference to the rooms front and back!

Interior side of room door was covered with hand grime and dried rivulets of something brown. Door mounted mirror on bathroom door had definitely not been cleaned in quite some time

Nice Pool ,accommodating,ice machine restraunt next to hotel which is convenient.

Cigarette smell in room when. I thought I was going to be in a non smoking room .

The room was very clean and cozy and quiet

The air conditioner was on ES and everytime it would go into the saving mode the room got way to hot and couldn't sleep a ceiling fan would work great.

Room was spacious and clean. A good cost effective place to stay close to our meeting the next morning
