For the level of star rating of the hotel I would recommend this highly if you're not looking for any kind of lavish features It was a very comfortable stay The parking lot is decent size but not as big and the accommodations from the staff was amazing.

Although the furnishing was new still had this strong 70s vibe color scheme that was not modern at all outside of aesthetics everything else is fine

A very clean facility. Clean, comfortable rooms. We stayed here twice because the place was clean and fresh and everything worked. The owner was nice.

Breakfast buffet was meager. Price was high given that it was pretty basic and the breakfast options were absolutely minimal. However, given the options in Chanute, it is a bit like dining in an airport - they can charge a lot for very basic stuff.

They could do a lot better on the breakfast not much to choose from, and they need to have separate individual coffee creamers of different flavors not a jug of milk in the refrigerator

Being asked to fill out a piece of paper with all of my information when I'd already done it all online ahead of time like I was requested to in an email from them.

The guy at the front desk was happy and very helpful. A really friendly man with a great disposition. Very professional. The room was great. It was clean and tidy, with everything in working order.

All I saw was waffles (sweet carbs), cereal (sweet carbs), and boiled eggs (healthy protein). It would have been nice to have fruit, more proteins (sausage or bacon), or possibly breakfast sandwiches or burritos. We ended up having Sonic breakfast burritos both days so we had a decent breakfast to start a busy day.

The bed was comfortable, the shower was nice and the room was quiet through the night.
