Plenty of charging spaces for devices. Breakfast was good with lots of choices. Shower space was good and liked walk in but could not adjust as nozzle was WAY too high for this shorty.

Being price gouged because it was Artist Alley weekend. We won’t stay there again I’m afraid on that weekend. May not stay at all. Depends.

Very friendly staff and helpful

The price of the room doubled due to the fact that they were having class reunions that weekend and the Chanute Artist Alley. Room rates were terribly high for the weekend.

I liked the location of the hotel and the room as it was large and comfortable. The attendant was very attentive to us and managed to bring our check in forward.

The elevator area had a very strong and unpleasant smell.

The breakfast was fantastic. You could consider having a little more fresh fruit but not a big deal. The woman at the check in counter was very friendly and helpful.

I would say everything was good. The bathroom could have been cleaned just a little better but it was pretty good.

Excellent AC on a 102 degree day. Nicely appointed bath. Comfy soft beds. Remote controlled blinds

Breakfast was skimpy. Two empty trays where sausage was supposed to be and just a spoonful of scrambled eggs. 1 orange.

The hotel was better than expected, clean, great room, spacious, breakfast wasn't the greatest but there were many choices. Jenn, who checked us in, really went the extra mile by accommodating my request to switch rooms. Her great costumer service skills were definitely not unnoticed.

my only complaint was that they didn’t honor a family reunion room rate quoted to me and I had to use Booking to get any kind of discount - paying over double what many of my family paid

Comfortable room, good breakfast other than no fresh cinnamon rolls

No fresh Holiday Inn Express cinnamon rolls and rate was high

I don't normally do reviews, but will make an exception. The staff were courteous and professional. Breakfast was good. Beds were super comfortable. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

this is the best holiday inn I have ever stayed at. I was impressed for it being in small town chanute. location was great and the place was kept clean. friendly staff that helped out with any issue. Greta breakfast as well! will stay here again when I go to visit my family
