The owners of the motel introduced themselves and were extremely friendly. Very sweet people. The parking was great as well Aas the security. The whole property was neat, clean, and well-cared for. It was very quiet. The room was very nice. I liked the fact that there was a handheld shower head because it is easier to clean off. I liked everything about this motel. Because of my great experience, this has become my go to motel when I am visiting my son. I liked the window covering much better than drapes.

There was nothing negative about the folks who ran the motel nor about the motel facilities. All very pleasant.

The place was very clean and you can tell they have done alot of upgrades. All of the staff was very friendly.

The pool need to be cleaned extremely badly. I was thinking maybe they had just not gotten to it. I felt gross when I got out of it. If they get the pool cleaned and possibly proper chemicals, this would be a great place to stay.

The owners were amazing. We actually talked to them. They told us about all their new renovations and about the new decor and carpet they got. They were very receptive and answered all our questions. The front common area was very clean and the breakfast was perfect. They had waffles, yogurt, and food to take on the go. Had an absolutely amazing stay. I highly recommend it 😊

Everything about my experience here was exceptional from start to finish. The parking lot was well lit & there was plenty of parking. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The entire place was immaculately clean. Beds were comfortable. Showers were powerful & hot. The breakfast in the morning was better than any chain motel I've stayed at. And, the price was more than reasonable!

I can't think of one negative thing to say.

Great location with plenty of parking spaces. We were towing our pontoon boat with us, which required additional parking. Well-lit parking lot, and the property was clean and maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast area was very clean with a nice offering of items. The gentleman handling the front desk and the breakfast area was very attentive and constantly made sure that everything was stocked and replenished.

We didn't think our air conditioning unit was working in our room. We called the front desk for assistance and had someone at our room in a matter of minutes. Apparently, the unit requires a certain amount of time at the lowest temperature before it works properly. He adjusted the unit, and it worked like a champ in under 10 minutes! I would not really call this a dislike or complaint, because we were taken care of immediately as well as offered another room if it didn't correct itself. Outstanding customer service!

We had a wonderful stay at the Express Inn in Parson's Kansas. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and the room was very clean. We can't have hoped for more during our stay. It was a wonderful experience, and we are very grateful to the whole staff at the Inn for making it so.

Our host, Kenny Dharma, just purchased the hotel (he has had/run many) a year ago, and has been refurbishing it. We were the first to stay in our assigned room. It was beautifully decorated, fresh, clean, and the mattresses brand new. He couldn't have been more invested in being sure our stay was perfect. We booked only a couple of hours ahead (we were on a cross-country drive with an infant), and he waited up for our mid/late-evening arrival cheerfully. The value was crazy-good, and the breakfast was great. What a wonderful surprise, in such a remote location.

I didn't like that we arrived late and had to leave early! Sure, there's still some work to do on this old motel, but Kenny and his good taste and hard work (along with his wife) will help this place rise up again -- for us, the stay couldn't have been better, really.

Breakfast was very good, staff went out of there way to help if you needed anything. The bed was very comfortable. They are in the process of remodeling, after they bought out the other hotel. Overall a good place to stay as we were traveling through.

No complaints, enjoyed our stay.

I presume I met the new owners at check in. They were kind and friendly! I could tell they care about this place and the customers' experience. Pet friendly hotel; just remember to let them know in advance, as the charge is $15 per pet for one of their pet friendly rooms. This was incredibly important to us, as we were travelling with our three small dogs. There is a very large area out back to walk your pet(s). Hotel was quiet and clean, and the price is right.

Very good value, especially with pets. Owners were very friendly and called to make sure we were going to make it when we were late. Rooms are large, beds are decent and pet fees are reasonable ($15/night per pet). New owners are clearly trying hard to improve the place, making small but important improvements: flower beds, security cameras, LED lights, etc.

Breakfast was pretty basic but better than nothing.
