Love the rooms, like how the sink is actually inside the bathroom and that you have to turn on the bathroom light, that it don't just come on like other hotels and that the switch is inside the bathroom not outside, that way I don't have to get woke up everytime some one goes to the bathroom and turns on the light. Also, like how the bathroom is placed at an angle, and they provide decent shampoo and soaps and even a shower cap. The bed is extremely comfortable. Very friendly staff and clean rooms. Breakfast is also good and hot.

The breakfast was almost over by the time my family and I came down so I can't rate the quality of the food. The employee was professional and polite. She even asked if we wanted her to go back and see if there was anymore food should we desire any.

N/A. I just needed the hotel for the night as I was just visiting family in to for a quick weekend. The hotel fit my needs and it was easy to book.

I liked the location and the cleanliness overall The price was ideal and I would definitely stay at this hotel again. The front desk person in the evening was very nice and extremely helpful.

The tv was not operating. The front desk person had to come fix it. Then when I got in bed, it looked like a spot of blood was on the sheet. The sheets smelled like bleach so I thought the stain had been there and not been treated to wash out. I was kind of grossed out but so extremely tired that I decided to lay away from it and ignore it. When I plugged in my laptop, the outlet sparked about 2 1/2 inches and blew the circuit in half the room. The front desk person had come to repair the tv and went to reset the circuit.

Didn't arrive until 6am Saturday morning due to storms that made travel difficult at times. Only charged me for one night, instead of the 2 nights I had made the reservation for. That was awesome! Breakfast was great - the best variety of any hotel I've stayed at, that offer free breakfast. I come to Pittsburg often, so it is where I will stay for all my future trips.

The staff were so amazingly helpful and friendly. They helped my husband with his laundry. There were facilities that guests could use, but the dryer had been jammed by someone. They offered to dry my husband's washed clothes, which they did at no extra cost and folded them!

There weren't a lot of restaurents in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, so there were limited options within walking distance. There was a mall across the street and we were able to walk there and watch a movie since it had a movie theater.

Staff very nice, helpful. Breakfast good. Bed comfortable.

The pool was not available because of broken pipes (?) this has been true the several times I've been there over the last couple of years. So this is not a new problem and one they should really have fixed before now.

The cleanliness was TOP NOTCH!! The staff...EVEN BETTER!! They were on top of any needs. They were ALWAYS cleaning, greeting guests, smiling...I have NEVER been to a better establishment. The general manager was so sweet and accommodating. Will DEFINITELY be staying again!!!

Breakfast was great. It was nice to have fresh food and a home cooked meal. The staff were amazing. Gayle, who was a part of the kitchen staff, was so helpful and a smiling face each morning. Whenever we needed new towels or more trash bags the staff were quick on delivering them.

The pool was a bit colder than expected. It only felt warm when almost submerged or swimming in the pool

Breakfast was very good and the location was perfect for us. The lady that checked us out was very nice and personable.

We did have problems with the neighboring room one night - loud slamming door, barking dog, etc and the indoor pool was closed while we were there

This was our second time staying here, and both times, we had a great experience. Great price, great location, awesome staff, very clean modern room, excellent breakfast, and beautiful lobby. We will always choose this hotel when in the area.
