Everything was great. Friendly staff, comfortable bed. I always stay here in the summer so my grandkids can use the pool so we wish it had an indoor pool as we would stay here year round.

Breakfast was cold and they don't have a lot of options to choose from. The other thing is because we stay here a lot, I remembered that I had been able to watch certain channels when I had stayed there before. Called front desk and she had no idea why I wasn't able to watch some of the channels. As luck would have it when we were getting ready to leave the housekeeper was cleaning the room across the hall so I asked what is up with tv, and come to find out not all rooms have the same TV. So many times before I had stayed in the room, she was cleaning, which had a much larger TV and had all of the channels that I was looking for. From now on, I will be requesting that room.

Comfy bed, nice recliner in room. Main reason I stayed there was for the hot tub and I didn't find out until first morning of my visit by another guest that the hot tub was out of order. The rooms are nice but I wanted a room that had two exits one at each end of room one to indoor hallway and the other opening into the courtyard like I had last time I was there a sit made it much easier to take my dog out and to step outside to smoke.

Joe was at the desk checking us in and he was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had. We asked about eating out and Joe told us about a close Mexican restaurant, El Charro, it was GREAT! Joe helped us figure out an easier route to take to get home also. Joe, he made us feel at ease and was awesome! Bed was comfy, the recliner in our room, well we want one in our house just like it! The lady that worked overnight had a wonderful breakfast cooked for guests! Will definitely stay again

Room was small for paying for an Premier King Suite. There were hairs all over bathroom sink, so it should have been cleaner for sure. The staff and comfort outweighed any negative

Everything, everywhere was clean. The room was large, sparkly clean, and very comfortable. Microwave and fridge in our room. All the staff were friendly. Small bar was a lot of fun. Good, attentive bartender. For the price we paid, it was a 5 star experience. The exterior is a little rundown, but it does not affect inside stay. .

Breakfast was decent. I've had more variety in other places. But that's OK. Place overall was above average in my experience with staying in places in this price range.

Hot tub was broke/not working. But that worked out since I didn't bring swim trunks. Didn't realize you had one!

The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was excellent.

When we arrived the A/C in the room wasn't on, took several hours to cool off ( outside temp was 98°), we asked for our group to be next to one another and one couple was on the other side.

Breakfast was not much. Advertised as a hot buffet style, but was not .

Real scrambled eggs , toast peanut butter and jelly and maybe pancakes for breakfast.

Room was exactly what I booked online and the staff was warm and friendly. Very professional.

Everything was great. The parking lot was difficult to navigate with snow, but we were in a snow storm.

Nothing really - low quality plastic dishes, and frozen orange juice did not enhance the overall impression.
