The convenience of the location. It's pretty central to to things we needed to do and people we needed to see. The price is also very fair!
Only downside for me is the ice and vending machines were not working when we visited.

Location and price point.
Room needed repairs - some outlets didn't work, window was broken but taped, door stops were broken, and bedside lamp was broken. Bedspread and blanket had burn holes but it was a non-smoking room.

No plug in bathtub to take a bath with.
