Located in a cute small town with access to many lakes! If the overpass was open, it would have also been accessible to visit Yosemite. The front desk was so warm and welcoming. She was understanding when I asked to check out a day earlier. I'd come to visit Yosemite for a wedding but the wedding took place right in town, so we cut our trip short since the original purpose was to visit Yosemite. This is through no fault of the lodging. I liked the double sinks which are separated from the toilet & shower. Great view of mountains while showering btw. Plenty of closet space with hangers. The tea/coffee maker was great for boiling water and for our instant noodles and tea. Our room was equipped with a small fridge, which actually froze our fruits. The microwave is located in the ice room. There is an outdoor lounging patio area which is wonderful during sunrise & sunset: not too hot. Located near a coffee shop and ice cream shop. Walking distance to Mono Lake visitor Center which is worth a visit!

No elevator, or at least none I saw.

There wasn't any breakfast offered and I didn't use the coffee maker. I liked the refrigerator, it was a nice size. The room was super clean! :)

I'd requested an upstairs room to limit noise but couldn't obtain one. The first night was difficult as the people above me arrived late for their check-in and it took them several hours to get settled and go to sleep. I could here constant shuffling and footsteps above me so I could not fall asleep until sometime after 1 am. I called the staff for help and they were very kind. The rest of the evenings were great, thank goodness! :) The building/rooms are old so it creaks a lot but still, very nice.

The location was good. It was close to restaurants and a great coffee shop. The staff was friendly and helpful.Also, if you like to hike, the trailhead to the Lee Vining Creek is close(walking distance). It was gorgeous! We took the trail to the MonoBasin Scenic Center and then to the marina and then returned the same way. It is a great way to view Mono Lake!

We would have liked a microwave in our room. But they had one in a big room.

Lee Vining is close to Yosemite, so it was a convenient place to stay. The room was big and had a double sink and a fridge.

The air conditioner stopped working after 2-3 hours. But by then, it started cooling off outside. So my husband sat in the doorway while the rest of the family slept to allow the room to cool down with a cross breeze going through the door from the bathroom. After some time, we had to close the door because mosquitos were coming in!

Nice to be able to pull up to the door. The room was fine, clean.

We left the door open long enough to bring in the bags and the mosquitoes that came into the room were atrocious. We're from the desert and are not used to this problem. They did not guarantee a microwave in the room, and there wasn't, but there was one available in the ice area.

The room was large and the bed was comfortable. The location was convenient to town, Mono Lake, and Yosemite (though Tioga Pass was unfortunately still closed).

It just needs a few updates in the shower area or some repainting. Otherwise, the facilities were great.

We only stayed one night on our way to Yosemite from Death Valley. We met the family that own the Motel and were made so welcome. The Motel is very nice and excellent value and its one of those places you wished you had stayed longer. It is a very small town but there are several places to eat. I would recommend this motel to anyone.

I have no negative comments.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. The sink was not in the bathroom but outside near it, which was weird to us but wasn't an issue at all. Overall we had a nice stay and would reccomend :)

Everything was great!

The disability room was excellent, huge shower, although there was no light in the shower area or fan in the bathroom. We were able to park right in front of our room which made it easy to get to the car.

A bit pricey. A gentleman checking in before me ~ his room room was significantly cheaper than mine.

Location, location, location. 18 minutes from the entrance to Tuolumne Meadows. That was all that mattered.

The AC didn't have a great filter on it, so we were breathing smoke all night. I realize that bad air quality is not a usual problem in Lee Vining, but waking up with a sore throat wasn't fun.
