Rooms were clean, and we even had a little balcony we could step out onto if we felt like it to get some air. There was also a pull out table under the desk that we were able to use to eat on, it fit perfectly with the couch in the room. The only down side was that, because the location is behind the old Toys-R-Us and not along the main road, it was a little weird to navigate to the first time. once I figured out where we were going though it was fine. Staff was really nice and we got quickly checked in. The pool is great too, it would be nice to stay there when it's snowing since there's a large windowed area where the hot tub used to be that opens into the courtyard where you can relax and enjoy the view.

its an accessible room - bathroom is very accessible - however there were two shower controls - one no hot water the other had hot water but you needed a PHD to figure out the valve settings. Electrical - Room 145 - needs electrician. Wall outlet does not hold plugs (they fall right out) and the outlet behind bed had no outlet cover. If you needed to plug in CPAP or other medical device. Unsure if the outlets built into the lamps allow for more than 3A of power (most have a sticker saying so - these did not) and did not want to plug in a device that pulls more than 3 amps. NO USBs ports in the room (except TV which needs to be on for the port to be powered)

We arrived late. The night manager at the front desk was especially considerate and has a nice sense of humor. We were assigned a very nice King room. Got our bags into the room then discovered that its last occupant had hooked an X-Box type device but did not restore the TV's tuner to the original configuration. I'm pretty savvy with AV hookups, but that very inconsiderate guest left the gear inoperable. A needless hassle for us, not the hotel's fault. SHAME ON THAT PREVIOUS GUEST! Luckily the nice lady at the front desk had the even-nicer room next door available. We hadn't unpacked, so it was pretty easy to move our stuff.

Only negative: There's a counter in the lobby with coffee and pastries that might mislead you into thinking that some sort of Continental breakfast is included. It's not. Lucky we brought Cheerios! This is not a comment about the hotel, just a traffic warning for other travelers: Hadn't been to the Christiana area for twelve years. I had forgotten how challenging the highway interchanges are. Late check-in, we crossed the Delaware Memorial Bridge about 9PM. Glad there were two of us in the car following the signs ... merging traffic from both the left AND right at high speeds. GPS commands were unhelpful, you just have to pay attention!

When I arrived at the hotel, the room I received the comforter had a nasty brown stain on it. The hotel was fully booked so I could not request another room. Also the ice box had water in it and plastic bags in it so I didn't want to use it. Also the linen was not 100% cotton any more.

When I arrived at the hotel the atmosphere is always pleasant, however, the room I received the moment I walked in I noticed a nasty brown stain on the comforter. I snap shot a picture of it to show the front desk Agent. The hotel was fully booked so I could not request another room. Also the ice box was not dumped out by housekeeping so I decided not to use it.it matters because I like to drink cold water. I also notice the bathroom linen was not 100% cotton any more. The front desk was super friendly & helpful! The location was easy to find and in a quiet area. The price was fair & reasonable. The beds are very comfortable! The room was clean and comfortable. Overall it was a simple quick sort of trip with my daughter and we both felt good about it. We were comfortable and will return if ever in the area! Great hotel & team.

Only thing I can even say is that I didn’t get to catch the Starbucks open, however I stayed on a late Saturday night until Monday morning, so it’s possible they closed prior to me heading out Sunday morning.

Did not have breakfast - was not included in the price of the room. The mattress was very comfortable. The a/c was easy to control.

Breakfast was not free - every hotel we travel to includes free breakfast. After traveling 12 hours in the car - we arrived and the fire alarm went off - evacuated and went back outside into our car - got back into the room around 10 pm to our cold dinner and tv not working. Only could watch 1 channel. Around 11:30 pm - I called the front desk to report that there was still beeping and lights flashing in our hallway. He said they were all turned off and I told him to come to the 2nd floor to see otherwise. Finally fell asleep when the beeping noises stopped around 1 am.

The rooms looked recently renovated.

Stains on the pullout couch, like all over. The hallway smelled like a smoking hotel, but they tried to cover up the smoke so it was like musty smell of covered up cigarette smoke like in the rooms and in the hallways so maybe at one point it was a smoking hotel, that took, I’m getting used to .The place that was the reataurant Where are we try to get breakfast the next morning was severely understaffed so there is one woman there and a lot of people are waiting for food so it took a really long time to get even just one sandwich. But she was super nice I just felt bad she was so understaffed and more and more people kept coming down for coffee and food

The location is perfect. A few mins drive to the mall, the Asian market, and multiple restaurants. My fave are the brunch spots. The room was cozy, and the bed was comfy.

The bathroom wasn't as clean as I would've preferred, but I always come prepared with cleaning supplies. Hair from previous person not thoroughly cleaned from bathtub & floor.

The moment we arrived the staff couldn't have been any friendlier and helpful.... The accommodations... The staff... The promptness... All was top-notch... We stayed at some five star hotels and I would venture to say that you all presented as a five star hotel... We of course were presently surprised...

The only thing we didn't like but it could be because we never used them before was your luggage carts... They were very small where we had to make several trips that otherwise we wouldn't have with a traditional luggage cart... Also my wife is an amputee and thought there should have been more handicapped available parking spots near the entrances... But we still would rate you at 100% overall in spite of the luggage carts... and the handicap parking spots...

I felt welcomed by staff every time I walked into the lobby. Like they were happy I was there. I had to stay two more nights and the General Manager let me stay in the same room! Housekeeping was accommodating and cordial. The cleansing spray that was used had lavender in it and it was very calming and soothing. April and Donna are Awesome in housing they took great care of my family. Erickka is the only name I remember at the front desk who was very considerate of the needs of my Autistic son when I explained what I needed in a room with him. All the front desk staff was amazing and professional even the one who I perceived didn’t care for me much. I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel.

The birds sprayed my car with their droppings every day!😂
