I loved how quiet it was. The staff were friendly and attentive. And that there was a restaurant so we didn’t have to leave the resort.

Most of the food were great, but there were a few menu choices that weren’t. Some items on the menu also seemed overpriced. I was also told at check in that if we booked through their website breakfast could’ve been included - a little late for that info but a good tip! Hope they offered that on Booking.com

We like the ambience of the resort - elegantly casual. Staff are courteous. The rooms are all ground level and facing a long kiddie/dipping pool. The room configuration was also good, and our daughter loves the mermaid decor on the bed plus the net drapes ("princessy kulambo"). The food in their restaurant was superb, everything we ordered was tasty and thoughtfully cooked - we had tuyo pasta, chicken inasal, chicken fingers, grilled pusit, & milkshakes for dinner then pancakes and sukiyaki tapa for breakfast. And of course, the beach was great. We had fun playing on the wide beach with fine black sand while watching the waves.

The swimming pools were small. It looks and feels crowded even if there are only 5 persons in the pool - both adult and kiddie pools. Since the waves are big and ideal only for surfing not swimming, it would have been nice to have a bigger swimming where you can actually swim, not just dip in. Floor in the room is slippery when wet. We had to wear the rubber slippers we used for the beach, inside the room and shower/toilet area.

The place is far from the noise of the city. Very clean.

I hated the smirk of the male staff at the reception after hearing that our dogs were mixed aspins as he looked at someone inside, obviously telling that person about it. I am not stupid and insensitive not to be able to tell what that look on his face meant, so I boldly asked him, "You don't discriminate dog breeds, do you?" (in Tagalog). That was upsetting and ruined the first few minutes of our stay; I was really furious having felt that ignorant and discriminatory treatment. If we hadn't driven 8 hours and had somewhere else to stay, I would've dragged the whole family away.

Ambience and location was fantastic and ideal if you want to escape the hustle and bustle of the town. 6. The chicness and the color pallet of the resort was beautiful

1. Pet charge kinda pricey( i hope they depend the rate in the sizes of the pets) 2. Some facilities needs improvement and must be consistent and focus on maintaining the cleanliness in common area 3. Beach is wild and not family friendly(tho given, baler is known for surfing) 4. Beach area is kinda messy. Lots of garbage dibris around 5. No breakfast included

Relaxing, not noisy. The room is comfortable, has separate toilet and bath so useful for families or groups. It is spacious. Beds and aircondition is well maintained. Ambiance is great. Friendly Staff

seats and benches outside has a lot of ants restaurant has lots of ants in the floor too was not informed that cash is needed for check in frequent power outage first come first serve basis for the room should be applied, 3 rooms were still vacant when we came but was not allowed to choose.

The location, beach and the pools! ❤️ Just beautiful! Fast internet too so I was able to work by the pool

My least favorite part was how the room's sliding glass doors & wall are covered by curtains only? I wanted more privacy and be able to change clothes in the room without the fear of someone passing by and see through in between curtains.

location was good because its not that crowded. about the breakfast it was good but a lil bit pricey and the portion is lil bit small if you will compare its price.

You can hear the waves from a mile away. Bonfire at midnight by the beach with your loved ones is a memory you will hold for a lifetime. The name stands for itself — it truly is serene, all through and through.

The menu at the in-house restaurant is a bit pricey compared to the amount of servings.

Beach is totally unswimmable. Might be because of the season. Waves are really high

Beautiful place for relaxation and enjoyment. Food is great. All staffs are courteous and accommodating. Definitely we're going back here.
