We liked everything! Our room, the friendly staff, the breakfast!

The only thing is we were told there was coffee, tea and hot chocolate available 24 hours in the Great room, but there was no hot chocolate available. My daughter was disappointed but not a big deal.

Hotel room was clean, comfy, and spacious. The breakfast that was provided was tasty and love that coffee, tea and hot chocolate is provided 24 hours. Overall it was a pleasant stay and will definitely be back.

Nothing to dislike about the property.

The room was very spacious and clean. Beds were very comfortable with great sheets. Excellent weekday breakfast - continental but lots of great options.

The only thing that could have made it perfect was a coffee drinks machine.

The property is very clean, good location, a lot of restaurants and places to eat, comfortable bed. Good, hot breakfast is one of the reasons i always want to book in this hotel but on our first day, we just had a grab and go breakfast but on the second day, they served hot good breakfast as i was always expecting, and to add it up the lady in the kitchen made turkey sausage for us when she knew we don’t eat pork as what was served in the counter , thank you so much. We’ll stay in this hotel again.

Not enough garbage can.

Breakfast was very good. The hours were good and food was excellent.

The entrance off and back onto 'H' street was inconvenient. Seems not well thought out.

Friendly staff, clean facilities

Breakfast—if meat is being substituted for other products like vegan or tofu, guests should be made aware. By the way, the biscuit and gravy was delicious.

Staff so nice and willing to help ALL the time. When I chek in I requested a room.on the second floor. The person called me after to check if I like the room.

The breakfast area is a little small. Maybe the hotel team needs to think on make the area bigger. The staff is so nice there, bringing food all the time. Good variety of options for an excellent breakfast

The room was extremely clean. The overall facility is very clean and rooms are maintained as such. Review about rooms being clean and friendly staff were all accurate.

If the facility had two pancake machines instead of one as a back up Incase if one breaks down, that will be great.

Toilet flush is loud and jolting!

Everyone in our party night, the kind of bed mattress that they have. It made sleeping a lot more comfortable.
