The room was ready when we arrived so we were able to check-in early. The staff at reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Our Deluxe Double Sea view room was spacious and clean with modern fixtures and fittings. Breakfast buffet provided a reasonable selection with a helpful waiter.

My only small criticism was that, bearing in mind we paid for a "Deluxe Room", there were no proper china cups for the tea/coffee making facilities and no glasses, or even re-usable plastic cups for the water/bathroom. Only disposable paper cups were provided. I felt this was an unnecessarily cheap downgrade to what was otherwise a well equipped room.

A very pleasant location right on the beachfront. The hotel was beautiful, and it would have been nice to stay longer, but in fact this would have meant missing another stop on the previous night elsewhere. Hopefully it will be possible to return at some point. The reception were helpful with late arrival and checking in to the hotel. The striking pink of the outside walls of the hotel made it quite distinctive and unique, and the room was a very pleasing large size with own bathroom to match. Some people might notice that the hotel appears to be associated with a religious group in USA, who own a fair few hotels around the world. (Notice the motto "Unity" on the room keys if staying in one of theirs.). I have stayed in one or two and always found them very satisfactory as places to stay, and had no problems with them.

Again, there were no real problems, I think my choices of hotels for the trip worked out well in terms of delivering the type of accommodation requested. Perhaps somebody had not fully restocked the little tea/coffee facility provided in the guestrooms, but this was a minor detail.

Room with a perfect balcony and view of the water- definitely reccomend that room. Hotel staff was so friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect as well, Situated equidistant from both the historic city & the city centre/train. Very quaint and comfortable.

The hotel is however not very updated, quite an old interior and could use with some updates to rooms & furnishings. Otherwise, felt clean. The location, view, & staff are worth it.

Hotel and staff were very kind. Breakfast in the morning was included. Normal Italian breakfast. The views from our balcony and bathroom windows were amazing overlooking the Italian Riviera.

The parking for this area is hard to find. They do have a few spots to reserve if your lucky.

Location is fabulous. Overlooking the sea and choice of small public beach or beach clubs with all the facilities. Spotless clean throughout. Large rooms and good air conditioning. Breakfast included was very good. Parking (paid) was great with a choice of on-road or garage. The staff are all lovely and super helpful, made our stay a pleasure.

The decor is dated but doesn’t detract from the stay. The bathrooms do need updating to provide larger shower (our room had tiny cubicle).

very pleasant stay in this nice hotel. the room (sea side) is very comfortable and close enough to the beach (with no road in between) to fall asleep hearing the sea. the location is just perfect , litterally 10 mn walking distance from the old center. we definitly recommend this hotel.

parking of the hotel seems small so you need to park outside in public areas. not that easy

Great location. Rooms are lovely with kettle, tea,coffee and a fridge. We had a room with a balcony. Lots of storage space. Good choice at breakfast. 10mins walk to train station.

Beach opposite is very stony!

Staff were welcoming. Room was good size and bed comfortable bathroom was spacious and very clean. We only stayed overnight and so didn’t experience anything else the hotel might have had to offer. We paid to park in the garage which in hindsight was probably unnecessary. Great location.

Breakfast was a little disappointing felt a bit canteen like. Nothing to do with the hotel but car park next to our room was noisy at night and very early with groups meeting before going off on outings.

We were last here several years ago, before COVID. The property seems to have deteriorated a bit. The beds were much harder than I remembered. Also, at the time of booking and several times since I requested to be on the third floor, where we have stayed before, but we were still placed on the first floor. Breakfast is fine, dinner was also good with staff working with my two family members who speak no Italian. With a very rocky beach we will probably choose to stay elsewhere in future on our journey back to France from Montalcino.

We loved our second floor room with a balcony looking over the promenade and the sea. We have stayed here before and would definitely do so again. The location is perfect and the staff incredibly helpful.
