Staff are amazing, excellent food, very clean and the room was very comfortable. They were very helpful with us attending all our needs.

We stayed in the 3rd floor which is under the rooftop and unfortunately the music is very loud at night and we can hear people up there jumping, dancing and moving the chairs around. Also, the breakfast is very nice but I would suggest changing the menu sometimes as they repeat the same food every day. Also, laundry could be cheaper as we stayed for 1 month time and we had to spent a lot of money with it.

I have the good fortune of staying here at glades hotel for several months while receiving medical treatment at Fortis Hospital nearby. This hotel has exceeded all my expectations. The staff, of which there are many, are all so kind courteous and generous with joy and exceptional adherence to top quality service as they politely cater to thier guests every need. The breakfast buffet is one of the best moments of my day. Enjoyed in a truly peaceful and ambiently salubrious atmosphere of chandeliers and tasteful decorations. The staff goes about serving every delicious bite a hungry traveler could ask for in a most enjoyable way to begin the day. Not to mention really good coffee... served however you take it. My room is exactly what I need to heal and rejuvenate from the hospital. I gigantic comfortable king sized bed. Immaculately clean room with coffee/tea maker refrigerator and perfectly functioning air conditioning. The bathroom while being a bit on the smaller size is regardless very nice and more than adequate for my needs. I enjoy sunrises and early evenings on the rooftop Cafe area. The sounds of the city below intermingling with that of peacocks calling birds chirping and the bartender gojinder asking if I'd like to enjoy any drinks with my late afternoon rooftop experience. The ladies in the dining room Monica, Gurgeet and Priyanka are more than wonderful in the way in which they make a guest feel right at home. So kind, polite and attentive to the guests. Ram and recha at the front desk will greet you with a smile and graciously attend to whatever is needed. Praveen and Anil ji you will meet as well throughout your stay in this beautiful accommodation. Special thanks to the room cleaning guys who on a daily basis ensure your room is kept spotless and stocked with whatever amenities you may have used in the interim. This hotel is truly a gem in chandigarh/mohali.

This hotel is a pleasant surprise and ideal for a one night stay over. The hotel is modern. The rooms were comfortable and quiet. The attention to detail in the room was fantastic, the towels soft and clean and overall we just felt like "aaahh now we can relax". The staff were very friendly and the service is superb. The staff also understands English and orders are not lost in translation. It was a big bonus.

There was nothing not to like. The hotel is in Mohali but it did not matter to us.

The room is small but neet and clean. Lights, curtains bed and bathroom, are all very nice. TV, Wi-fi, tae coffee facility are very good.Waedrobe Safety locker and intercom are also very good. Overall rating 4.5 star.

Towels were not fresh. They did not smell clean. Small towels (Napkins) are needed. One small bar soap for bath is needed as iI do not like shover gel. Shampoo, body lotion and hand watch are excellent. Small palstic curtain is needed to prevent shower water coming to the toilet side. Breakfast spread was wide enogh.. Chhole, poha and chutny should be more tangy and spicy.!

Excellent 👌 place.....we live in Punjab but we're from England. We were surprisingly upgraded which we really appreciated. Breakfast was good ask for the proti they will fill you up. Receptionist was excellent even gave us an umbrella as it was raining outside. Parking can be an issue as people who need the hospital or need to pray ( mandir opposite) will be the very limited parking space opposite. Hotels need to find a way of reserving their spot for their guests. This place is somewhere where we would come again as the staff at breakfast and reception were all very very nice.

Lovely to see the same staff is this there, every year a spend a few days at Glades. I love the soft beds, the cleansiness, the amazing variety of dishes on offer, the helpful staff and the overall feel of the hotel. I'll be back. Love the snacks availibility in the rooms. I can highly recommend staying here, even if it's a tad away from the centre of Chandigart. Definately worth it, and 5 star standards at best rates. Best hotel I've stayed in in Chandigart.

Not one thing comes to find.

This was a great stay on the outskirts of Chandigarh. The hotel was of international standard. Staff were very obliging. Room, in fact the whole hotel was uber clean. Beds were comfy. Great hot showers. Buffet breakfast was very nice. We ate at the restaurant which was very nice & they had draft Kingfisher beer. We were impressed

Location was out of town opposite a hospital & a colourful temple. Only Indian channels on the TV.

Very comfortable bed felt like sleeping in a cloud. Steaming hot shower which was great in the morning. Plenty of options for lighting in the room. Cool rooftop bar and very friendly staff. Anything that was missing was provided within 5 minutes to your door by staff. There was also a 24 hour room service menu. Front reception was extremely friendly and hospitable.

In the evenings only cold water would come out from the taps as I believe the hot water geyser would be off. Sometimes there were missing amenities such as toilet paper, hand wash etc but the moment you called front desk this would be restocked within 5 minutes.

Our bus was delayed, so we got there around 1 am, and the person in the reception waited especially for us so we could check in. We only stayed one night, but it was truly excellent - the room was well-sized and comfortable, the breakfast was delicious (special thanks to Monica), and the staff generally went out of their way to make our stay pleasant. Would definitely visit again!

Nothing much that I can think of.

Room was nice and fully equipped. There was even a kettle. There were free newspapers for guests. There are many shops nearby. The hotel is near the Chandigarh main bus station (Bus Stand Sec 43).

The hotel is outside the city centre (outside a Chandigarh itself) but the Chandigarh centre is easy to reach by taxi or tuc-tuc.
