The man at the desk who checked me in was polite and friendly. Many places I have stayed before that are budget motels, the staff is sullen and don't greet me or smile at all. There was a nice area for my dog to roam, smell and relieve herself. The room was decorated with a few extra touches.

The AC was a little touchy, but it worked in the end. There were no poop bags in the doggy station. I had some in my car, so I used one and left one for the next person. Not many places to get a quick bite nearby. It was 9 when I checked in. There were dine in restaurants, bit I just wanted to relax in my room.

Excellent price, friendly and helpful staff, very clean, bed was comfortable, parking right in front of my door, felt safe, fridge, microwave, essential toiletries, enough linens, Wi-Fi, close to I-95. This is a "no frills" accommodation, so it's not fancy, but has all the necessities at a great price. It's also right across the street from Cracker Barrel.

No bedside lamp (you have to turn the light off at the door and get into bed in the dark, or use your phone as a flashlight). The floors are bare, which is good for cleaning since this place is pet-friendly, but not very cozy.

Decent room for the value; clean; comfortable bed; actually got hot water from the faucet. Plenty of parking area so good for people with trailers, campers, etc.

Micro fridge doesn't have a freezer section. I use frozen water bottles to keep items in my cooler cold and re-freeze them each night for the next day's travel. Couldn't re-freeze them since there wasn't a freezer section in the fridge.

I was traveling with my brother's to our grandmother's funeral. We chose this motel because of the price and good reviews. We arrived at 7am after a misunderstanding about early check in and our room was not ready. We had 4 hours to make it to the funeral and needed to shower and change. The hotel was fully booked so there were no rooms available. The woman at the front desk agreed to call me as soon as someone checked out and they cleaned the room. We got into a room by 9am and made it on time. When we returned we got keys for the other room. We were not charged for checking in early. The rooms were exceptionally clean. The beds were comfortable. I can't say anything bad. If I ever need to go to South Carolina again I would definitely stay there again. It was also my first time at a motel. This place exceeded my expectations.

It's motel 6. Don't expect to much.. But it's very clean.. older but clean.. Owners are nice.. Very very quiet.. close to everything you could need.. Like I said it's motel 6.. Need to sleep.. This is your spot.. want a little get away.. Probably not the place..$50.00 a night for a clan room and fresh sheets tho.. I'm in..

No coffee in my room.. Coffee in the office.. but who wants to get dressed to go get coffee at 5 am..

For a very inexpensive all-pet-friendly and free pet motel, one would expect much less. The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet.

If there is a negative....the GFCI plug on the AC unit had to be reset when I arrived. The room is sparsely furnished, but had everything that I needed.

The fact that it's a pet friendly hotel is #1. It was immaculately clean and the bed was very comfortable. The morning and evening staff were all very friendly and accommodating. We would 100% stay here again.

Really nothing but it was a little difficult to find because we arrived late at night. There is a long driveway to get to the motel and the turnoff is very dark. It's not the Motel's fault because in all likelihood someone owns the bottom of the driveway and may not allow them to install lights or another sign.

Convenient location. I love the solid floors, no carpet!!!

They have done such a nice job with the furnishings that using a magic eraser to clean doors and door frame would make a huge difference in first impression. This was our second stay and second room. The dirty doors were the same in both cases.

Good location right off the interstate. What was most surprising to me was that there was room service even though I only stayed for two days. I've stayed at way more expensive hotels the past few years and everbody still blames Covid for not providing room service. So a cheap Motel 6 has better service than other more expensive hotels. Newly renovated rooms, only the bathroom was outdated, but it was very clean, so no minus there. Definetly recommend this Motel 6.

This older style motel was located beside I95 with easy on and off (with adjacent gas station). Our room was surprisingly quiet. It appears to have been painted inside and out, so it gives one a pleasant first impression. This, together with the brightly lit perimeter was welcoming. Our bed was comfortable, the shower was hot with great pressure. The microwave and fridge worked well. The furniture was basic, but adequate. Everything was clean and tidy. The lady at reception was pleasant and helpful. Although they don’t offer breakfast, coffee and juice were available at reception from 6AM.

It would have been great to have a little coffee/tea maker in the room.
