I needed to stay in Osawatomie for a workshop. This is basically the only option. The bed was quite comfortable and the shower had great pressure and was hot. For as much snow as was on the ground, I was very happy to have a place to stay.

It is older, but it's clean. Very hospitable, making sure I wouldn't have to go through too much snow.

The Owner and His family are very nice people that always aim to please. Everything was very clean and in working order, beds are comfortable. Everything is close by from Casey's to Sonic and downtown. We've stayed several times for various reasons from weather to just getting out of town and have always been pleased with our stay. This last time we needed to check in early and they accommodated us with no extra charges.

The only downside is prices are high for a motel in this space. The Ice machine is a little inconvenient to get to and is closed off after 1100pm or so.

The remodeled rooms were very nice, the beds very comfy, and it was easy to set the temperature controls.

The door locks were a little sticky, and the parking area had some large potholes, so drive slowly.

I was charmed by the beautiful garden in front surrounding the hotel's sign. The proprietors were so friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are not fancy, but very comfortable and clean.

Traveling as two solo female travelers, this was such a perfect and safe place to land. The showers were so clean and the beds were surprisingly super comfortable. The family feeding the birds on site made it feel like home.

The cleanliness of the room and outside. Staff are upbeat and attentive to our needs and available 24/7. Overall it was better than I expected.

I left early so I didn't check for breakfast, although I don't think it is provided.

The decor was a little dated, but everything was clean and comfortable. I did notice a slight musty odor when I first entered the room, but after leaving the door opened for a short time, I could no longer notice it. Other than that, everything was great.

Room was clean. Staff was accommodating. Plumbing and air conditioning work great.

This is an old place. A little bit tattered.

While an older hotel, it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. They felt like firm memory foam. Great deal for the price. Would stay there again. Family running it was very friendly.

I came after 11p.m., but the manager was very nice and did not seem bothered or upset. I requested a dark room, and he gave me a room with a window facing a field / yard, which was very accommodating. If you are looking for a quiet, clean comfortable, no-frills night of refreshing sleep, Landmark is a good option.

The landscaping looked a little sloppy, but lots of things do in November. No breakfast option.
