The property was close to a lot of food places and easy to get to. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room we had was very good size and the air-conditioning worked well. They also served a hot breakfast.

My only complaint would be the pillows. They were quite hard, but not a dealbreaker for us. Bring your own pillows if that is going to be a problem for you. The bed was comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again for our next family reunion.

I usually don't leave reviews, but this hotel in Paola was great for the price. I would stay at a hotel like this anywhere if it were available. We were mostly just sleeping there but it was nice, not fancy but nice. Breakfast was right in line for a small town. not full blow breakfast set up but lots of options, mainly pre-package items but fresh fruit and biscuits and gravy. Will definitely stay there again next year when in town.

Your staff was amazing especially the overnight front clerk. My mom and I came to Paola from Colorado to see my daughter for prom. She was extremely helpful and kind! We will be staying at Paola Inn everyone we come to Kansas!

We liked everything!

Good location for our needs as we were visiting friends in the rural areas outside of Kansas City. This was the closest hotel. 24 hour desk was convenient for our late arrival. Staff was kind and helpful at check in, when needed, and at check out. Luggage carts were available. Included breakfast was adequate

A little dated furniture and rooms.

Comfortable room and bed. A 2nd chair not a desk chair would have been nice. Need to raise feet often but not always in bed.

Only found fruit and coffee/tea for diabetics. Lots of processed foods, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, pop tarts, etc.. Need protein (meats, eggs etc) and fiber, which fruit has.

Friendly staff, facility was clean breakfast was simple but adequate very good location.

AC in the room wasnt working properly however my bad for not notifying the hotel staff.

The rooms were nice, dated, but clean.

The beds leave a lot to be desired. They were spring mattresses and not very comfortable but we were satisfied with price and convenience!

The staff and room were excellent. Our room was very clean and roomy, the bed was fabulous. We had a king suite, I was very impressed with how much room we had. The price was also in a decent range.

The breakfast wasn't very good and could use a lot of change. We had biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were cold and the gravy was hot thank goodness. They didn't have anything to keep the biscuit warm so it tasted like they just came from the fridge.

Love the location and the staff, great place to go

Had to get a second night free, being moved to the other jaccuzi tub room because our tub was broken, but they were very apologetic and kind

The lobby smells great. The staff was so nice. Everything was very clean. The room was huge.

The TV was very small especially for room size.
