I usually don't leave reviews, but this hotel in Paola was great for the price. I would stay at a hotel like this anywhere if it were available. We were mostly just sleeping there but it was nice, not fancy but nice. Breakfast was right in line for a small town. not full blow breakfast set up but lots of options, mainly pre-package items but fresh fruit and biscuits and gravy. Will definitely stay there again next year when in town.

Good location for our needs as we were visiting friends in the rural areas outside of Kansas City. This was the closest hotel. 24 hour desk was convenient for our late arrival. Staff was kind and helpful at check in, when needed, and at check out. Luggage carts were available. Included breakfast was adequate

Your staff was amazing especially the overnight front clerk. My mom and I came to Paola from Colorado to see my daughter for prom. She was extremely helpful and kind! We will be staying at Paola Inn everyone we come to Kansas!

We liked everything!

Comfortable room and bed. A 2nd chair not a desk chair would have been nice. Need to raise feet often but not always in bed.

Only found fruit and coffee/tea for diabetics. Lots of processed foods, cereals, breakfast sandwiches, biscuits and gravy, pop tarts, etc.. Need protein (meats, eggs etc) and fiber, which fruit has.

The staff and room were excellent. Our room was very clean and roomy, the bed was fabulous. We had a king suite, I was very impressed with how much room we had. The price was also in a decent range.

The breakfast wasn't very good and could use a lot of change. We had biscuits and gravy, the biscuits were cold and the gravy was hot thank goodness. They didn't have anything to keep the biscuit warm so it tasted like they just came from the fridge.

Love the location and the staff, great place to go

Had to get a second night free, being moved to the other jaccuzi tub room because our tub was broken, but they were very apologetic and kind

Pet friendly. We were awakened by barking dogs. Owners didn’t seem to have control

I liked everything about this place. In a month of staying in motels. This was the best yet. Close to shopping and food. Quiet not at all close to a highway. Very comfortable.

As with every motel I stayed in, the maintenance was not very professional. This was a reasonably new property so it wasn't as apparent.

The rooms are so big!! They have plenty of room even with the baby crib!

We had no problems with our stay! The pool area could use a little updating but it’s a big pool which is nice!
