Lovely hotel in a quiet location. We had a fantastic view from our window, overlooking the racecourse, now disused but repurposed in a number of ways. We had the bonus of watching two oystercatchers raising two chicks on the roof below our window, which was very entertaining. The room was very comfortable and quite spacious. Very good buffet breakfast, with good quality food and a varied choice for all tastes. Very good value for money.

The shower was over the bath, which was quite slippy and there was no shower mat supplied. People with mobility issues may find it hard to climb into the bath as the sides were quite high.

We had a great stay at the Atlantic Hotel Galopprennbahn. Large rooms that had everything we needed. Warm welcome on arrival. Good selection of breakfast. We were very impressed by the waiters at the breakfast buffet. They were so sweet, extremely efficient and very attentive to the guests having a good stay. Big kudos to these waiters. We would love to come back to this hotel.

We had problems with the ventilation in the bathroom. It ran most of the time and was noisy to listen to. The light switch for the bathroom was also broken. Otherwise the room was fine.

Clean hotel with nice and comfortable rooms. It was a bit warm, but there was a fan in the room, which was nice. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean.

You can see the horse race track from the hotel, but I am not sure if it's still operational. Unless you're here for golfing there is not a lot to do in the area. It apparently has a bus connection to the center of Bremen, but this was just a layover for us.

excellent breakfast, great room with a nice view on the horse race tracks (not used anymore I think but we enjoyed watching the rabbits and the birds playing). The staff was very friendly.

Prices in the restaurant are a bit steep and the hotel is quite remote from the city. We chose the place of course, but I was expecting the area to be more lively. We had to take the car to the city center (+/- 6 km if I remember well) to see something. Again, we chose the place, so it's on us.

This is an extremely comfortable hotel, with excellent, friendly service all round. We stayed for a family celebration that took place there. The caterers were particularly good. Excellent buffet food and very friendly, attentive bar service. At breakfast there was an amazing variety, every taste was catered for. And here too, the staff were attentive and friendly, even though it was very busy.

Really great stay at Atlantic Hotel Galopprennbahn! The room was spacious and clean, the amenities are good (they have a sauna!), staff are helpful and friendly and the breakfast buffet was delicious. Match all that with very affordable pricing, this hotel makes it a 5 star. While the location is a bit far from the center, the have a bus stop quite near the hotel, making it easy to get around.

Quiet and nice location outside the city of Bremen. Big and spacious hotel. Very pet friendly, our dog got a snack and water bowls at arrival and were allowed inside the restaurant and breakfast buffet area.

There was something wrong with several door locks to the rooms so it made a noise every 10 minute, kind of disturbing. The reception said they couldn't do something about this frequent noise since they didn't have a technician at the hotel at that time.

Clean hotel. Great breakfast. Ample parking. Accessibility to city of Bremen by car.

Hotel seemed rather empty upon arrival and we were given rooms facing the parking lot and not the green space. That being said the green space (old horse racetrack) was very run down and deserted.

Spotlessly clean quiet room with a view over the green expanse of the former horseracing track. Friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast made this a thoroughly enjoyable stay

Couldn't get any English language channels on the telly, but given that this is in Germany, that's not really a complaint.

Location is quiet, in midst of greenery and well connected to public transport. Breakfast is alright, staff in the restaurant very kind

Beds torture me, horrible mattress. and though i regularly (have to) visit this hotel since more than 20 years, there is not much of a welcoming.
