The setting and location of hotel was the factor we chose it

For the type of hotel, they are not providing even tea & coffee in the room. We had lunch and had to wait for parmigiana cheese for pasta. They finally brought it and quickly took it away though four people in group had pasta. Also when you have lunch, dinner or drinks at the bar, they don’t get you to sign anything which makes it difficult to verify at the end. Also they don’t have any menu with prices at the bar so it’s hard to guess what cost what. We ordered many drinks, they charged €42 for each gin and tonic. (It was nice though). Lunch & dinner menu very limited

We loved everything! The Garden is beautiful, the interior design is really lovely, the stuff is very nice and the restaurant is very good. Since we are not so much into seafood we were very happy that they even got us pasta Bolognese and caprese salad that were not on the menu that day. Moreover our room was upgraded after we had to arrive two days later due to illness. This was very nice surprise.

It was a little loud in the evening on this side of the hotel, I'm not sure how that works out during main season, when there are more people outside and at the bar. But it didn't bother us too much.

The best hotel in town, good location, service was 10/10, rooms were clean and tidy with black out curtains, house keeping comes twice a day, they have access to one of the best beach clubs with first row cabana, they handle the luggages with an excellent bellboy, receptionists are well mannered they are the best that we’ve met in our italy trip, their swimming pool is clean and spacious, multiple lobbies with multi setting options for breakfast.

Pricey little bit but it deserves it, rooms are small so better to choose spacious options, no coffee machines at rooms we’e suggested to add one in the lobby at least.

Everything. Beautiful property you live in botanical garden. Swimming pool is big advantage especially if you don’t want to be at the beach cubicles for 300/day as we didn’t want to be. Cuisine is wonderful we ate lunch here every day big variety. Above all the staff is amazing they make you feel like part of the family and yes this hotel is owned and run by family. Thank you GM Daniella for amazing experience and all the suggestions way beyond your hotel.

Very minor, but I'm a sucker for super comfortable beds and pillows. But nothing that a strong Negroni before bedtime didn't fix

The definition of a hotel is: an establishment providing accommodation, meals, and other services for travellers and tourists. This place goes beyond that- it may not be the most glamorous, amenity filled hotel however I must say, their hospitality has amazed me beyond many other 5 star international hotels that I have slept in. The amicability and sweetness of the staff was mind-blowing. Whoever has spoken badly of their service, you are beyond spoiled as I have yet to receive better treatment and I’m not sleeping at 4 star hotels. I reserved a family room and got upgraded to a two bedroom. I asked for a late checkout and was granted a “check out whenever you’d like” hour. This, already goes beyond any hotel experience I have had in the last 5 years. I regret to say that I did not ask the man with glasses at the reception for his name and yet seem to know his dogs name is Leo, he was incredibly polite and an amazing host, to you, I apologize for not learning your name but I will never forget your face , kindness and sense of hospitality. The grounds are beautiful, the pool is great (although unfortunately we did not use it as it was raining). Lastly, the food was amazing and the service staff was fantastic. For those reading the reviews regarding the price, this place is definitely not expensive, for those who think it is, it is because they do not realize they are in forte dei marmi (€24 for a main dish is not expensive at all). nothing bad to say

Very nice hotel they have the best seating area in both indoor and outdoor. Incredibly helpful staff they helped me to find the best restaurants I’m looking for with the reservations. Furthermore, the location is great “few minutes from the center”. The hotel provides a good car parking space. Last but not least, many bikes are provided which I really recommend for Forte dei Marmi visitors.

Everything was fabulous from arrival until departure. Hotel is in a great area for cycling during the visit with hotel bikes available. Wonderfully helpful and friendly staff . Welcoming environment with beautiful decor and a relaxing ambience. Thank you California Park Hotel😀

Public access to the beach is limited

It is stylish, thought through till every detail. Small and cosy. Very nice pool. Excellent food, breakfast very nice. Super friendly staff, haven’t seen this kind of hospitality before anywhere.
