The HS Hotsson Hotel Queretaro was welcoming and beautiful upon entering. Staff was very friendly and helpful and helped us get settled after hours spent in the airport with a delayed flight. It was particularly nice to be greeted with a simple but delicious complimentary buffet in a room with spectacular views and attentive staff. Our room was spacious with slippers, bathroom amenities , complimentary beverages including beer and comfortable bed. It made a long, hard day of Airline incompetency end on a sweet note ! Thank you HS Hotsson for redeeming the day!

There was nothing that I did not like other than the carpet on our floor (9) needed to be cleaned .

Mr. David from hospitality team was a great help and kind hearted person. Asked, served like a king. A true Mexican, I would highly recommend of him meeting when you are here. a very humble soul.

The location was good for us, since we had to get to the airport and it's about 20 to 25 minutes away. It's also close enough to the city if one was spending more than a night. Great views of the city. Everything was super clean and modern. The staff went above and beyond.

Loved all the amenities, cleanliness. I liked the reception staff service. Loved the buffet breakfast and their service there.

Terrible customer service at the Hotsson club on the 7th floor. We had complementary drinks and food included in our hotel room but the service was just plain terrible, the waitress did not greet us properly and whenever we figure out where to get the complementary drinks and food we were not given any cutlery or service at all. To be honest I felt like we were looked down for whatever reason.
