The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good, per usual. The elevator function ed without issue.

Beds were very uncomfortable. The floor in the room felt dirty and the ergonomics of the sink in the kitchenette was bad. There was a black widow spider in the flower pot outside the main entrance. The hotel smells like there is an indoor poll available, but it is no longer in use. Going on since 2020?

The hotel was very clean, Breakfast was well stocked daily. I found the front desk staff helpful and friendly.

The elevator is incredibly slow during peak times and the lights did not stay lit. We would have liked the indoor pool, but it was closed.

Front desk was top tier. I dealt with Melissa twice, on check-in and on second night when key cards did not open door on our return. She verified who I was and re-keyed the cards. Breakfast was good both days and staff was pleasant and courteous. Easy access to Walmart and freeway.

So we stayed on side of building closest to train tracks and I heard trains passing a couple of times while drifting off to sleep.

I like the location and the breakfast.

The bed was a little hard and the pool was not open. It has not been open since 2020 but this is still listed on website as a amenity. This needs to be taken off website.

Slept really well. Thats saying a lot! I dont sleep well. Clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. Stayed 2 nights

Everything was clean, check in was simple without hassle, breakfast was great. Front desk clerk had a sense of humor, which is refreshing at 2 am.

The elevator made a loud banging noise when in use and there could have been more towels in the room.

Check in was easy. Front desk lady was extremely polite and informative

The pool not open. With kids, it's a huge bummer. It's the middle of summer. I don't know the reason, but I'd say fix whatever the problem is, and open the pool

The beds and the pillows are comfortable. Breakfast is very decent.

The broken ice machines and the fact the pool still isn't up and going.

The hotel room was clean and net. We arrived late evening and left early the following day. There was close places to eat nearby for late arrival time and early departure
