The staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast was good, per usual. The elevator function ed without issue.

Beds were very uncomfortable. The floor in the room felt dirty and the ergonomics of the sink in the kitchenette was bad. There was a black widow spider in the flower pot outside the main entrance. The hotel smells like there is an indoor poll available, but it is no longer in use. Going on since 2020?

The hotel was very clean, Breakfast was well stocked daily. I found the front desk staff helpful and friendly.

The elevator is incredibly slow during peak times and the lights did not stay lit. We would have liked the indoor pool, but it was closed.

Front desk was top tier. I dealt with Melissa twice, on check-in and on second night when key cards did not open door on our return. She verified who I was and re-keyed the cards. Breakfast was good both days and staff was pleasant and courteous. Easy access to Walmart and freeway.

So we stayed on side of building closest to train tracks and I heard trains passing a couple of times while drifting off to sleep.

The trains running throughout the night that were very close to the hotel and very loud. They were so loud, it affected our sleep multiple times that night.

clean, SMELLED GOOD, LOTS OF TOWELS. STAFF WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL! AIR CONDITIONER WAS EASY TO WORK, SO WAS THE TV. IT WAS QUIET AND SHADES DARKENED WORK FOR EXCELLENT SLEEP. EVERTHING WAS PERFECT

I booked here for the restaurant next door. When I got there there wasn't a restaurant it closed over a year ago but the add is still saying restaurant next door.

I like the location and the breakfast.

The bed was a little hard and the pool was not open. It has not been open since 2020 but this is still listed on website as a amenity. This needs to be taken off website.

Slept really well. Thats saying a lot! I dont sleep well. Clean rooms and fantastic breakfast. Stayed 2 nights

The broken ice machines and the fact the pool still isn't up and going.

The pool not open. With kids, it's a huge bummer. It's the middle of summer. I don't know the reason, but I'd say fix whatever the problem is, and open the pool
