Just I would like for y’all do a price match on other hotels price's. And also the price for the room a day is a bit expensive and may e consider lowering. You would definitely definitely see a big change and lots of people will be coming because yet you have the nicest best price in fort smith

Price of the room.

Proximity to the majestic venue. Beds were super comfortable. Property was well lit and quiet all night.

The only dislike was in the bathroom above the shower part of the paint was peeling but did not affect the quality of the room.

Perfect location!

Coffee pot was tucked away in a drawer and not out able to use. When my husband asked if they had coffee they said no. We would of bought coffee if we had known there was a maker!! We ended up buying some cups and instant coffee at Wal-Mart to have in the room!!

I love this place .. they're affordable, clean, quiet & convenient .. the staff is always friendly .. I'm a loyal customer to this location when I go home (grew up in this city) to see friends & family

it’s literally a block and a half away from the Temple Live venue we were going to. walking distance. The view was nice and it was quite.

Parking fills up quickly. The vending / ice machines in our building (there’s two buildings) was not in working order or open. My biggest thumbs down is all the bedding and towels were stained. super gross. Stained items should be replaced in my opinion.

Nothing to dislike or complain about really...it's petty, but I wouldn't have minded a little bit bigger TV.

i always stay here when I'm in Ft Smith bcuz it's affordable, well maintained, clean && the staff are all very friendly & professional - I appreciate the consistency

Location is great! The owners were very friendly, the room was very clean, and the bed very comfortable.

Great location. Window opened to parking space so I was able to keep an eye on my stuff all night. Seemed like a decent neighborhood.

Linen was spotted and soiled.
