Really nice lobby and bistro. Saint have a buffet breakfast but having the bistro there was more convenient. My daughter liked the Starbucks options in the morning. Great exercise facility. Spacious room with a couch.

My daughter was disappointed we didn’t get an a balcony with our suite. The pool was cold but it didn’t stop kids from playing. Neighborhood around the block was a little run down but we did see a good police presence in the surrounding streets so we felt like the car was safe.

Closed before I got there. However the Starbucks rep pulled a pastry out of refrigerator.

I was on an 11 day trip and had a lot of luggage . No functional 4 wheeler (the one available was missing screw on one wheel and fell off before I even got to the driveway to pick up my luggage). Thankfully another guest helped me get it back inside and maintenance did a partial repair. The next morning none were available period. Have reason to believe a certain group took and kept overnight to use the next day. I’m 79 years old but still in good health but with limits. Hand carrying over a weeks luggage by hand is ridiculous. Prior to retirement I was a regional manager and traveled extensively. In all my travels I do not remember ever having to do that. Occasional short waits but no carts for almost 12 hours? NEVER EVER

We liked the downtown location. The room / bed was very comfortable . Also liked the couch and especially the balcony. Liked the mini fridge for convenience. The staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.

Did not like that there was no microwave or complimentary waffle/omelet bar options for breakfast. Also didn't like that the hotel bar charged us $50 for only 2 shots of tequila when we returned from my daughters wedding. And there was a power outage from approx 1:30am until about 6am from an overnight storm. The hotel has no generator therefore we had to open our balcony door to keep from roasting until the power came back on. That was a terrible experience and night of no sleep. But overall we enjoyed our 4 day stay even though we did check out a full day early to go home.

It was a very nice place convent as being almost in the middle of everything. Plenty to do.

I honestly only have 2 complaints. One is that the ac unit never actually seemed to cool off/keep the room comfortable. Second, the lady who initially checked me in seemed a little....not so friendly. I mentioned I was/needed to check in. She kind of rolled her eyes and drew a long sigh, as if I were bothering her or an inconvenience. I've worked customer service for some time, and that is no way to initially treat someone who spent the last 10 hours driving. I understand people have bad days, but at least put on a smile when dealing with customers. It's not just your reputation that you're trying to uphold.

beautifully decorated, fabulous lobby and guest common area. The lodging was perfectly sound proof so that you could not hear other guests walking the hallway. Very clean house keeping and plenty of linens. Excellent thermostatically controlled rooms.

low seating toilet..too low to the floor and no hand rail next to the too low toilet

We always love to stay here. It is very clean, extremely welcoming staff and the location is the Best in Fort Smith. There is so much you can see and do within 1-2 blocks from this location. From framers market, best coffee, neat little shops and restaurants. And all the historical sites to see as well. Beautiful river walk. It's just the best place to stay in Fort Smith.

Loved the overall look and feel of the hotel. Definitely felt like a metropolitan escape in the middle of a smaller city. Lovely

The mattress was awful, the sheets were incredibly pill-y and scratchy. A condom wrapper from a prior guest was found by my 2 year old daughter and a bur on the bedsheet was found when getting into bed.

The property was very clean and nicely updated. I loved how accessible the hotel was since there were several stop lights near entrances to the property.

Parking was limited with it being right beside the convention center (events were occurring during our stay)

The hotel and staff were great.

We went through booking.com and made a mistake on our arrival dates after we had already paid. Booking hung up on us 5 times and hung up on the hotel staff twice while trying to get it fixed. Booking even lied to the hotel staff about what they were able to do to help us.

Older property, very well maintained. Good location. Restaurants within walking distance. Pleasant staff. Enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend AJ’s Oyster House. Locals place with excellent food and service. Walked there.
