Everything. I loved everything. Wish we could have stayed longer than just overnight. The staff person Emma was fantastic. We are on a 49 year of friendship excursion and have been traveling for a week. Of all the hotels we have stayed at this was the cleanest and best we’ve stayed in. Very impressed We got into the hotel late last night The check in process was simple and fast. Once in our room was very impressed with everything. I did asked to get a couple of extra pillows and within a few moments Emma had them sent to our room. The beds were so comfortable and slept great. If I had to give a 1 out of 10 score I would give it a 12

The staff was friendly and accommodated my request for late checkout due to poor road conditions. Our room was a 2 queen, but it was larger than your typical hotel room which wss great because my kids had plenty of room to spread out.

The shower needs replaced. There is a hump in the floor of the tub making it extremely difficult to stand on and the shower head is meant to adjust up and down, however the locking mechanism is broken, so it won't stay up.

Lobby restrooms weren't clean, not a disaster by any means, but they could stand to be looked in on a bit more often, especially with the holiday. The bathtub had a big bulge, pushing the floor up on one side, making you feel unbalanced. I don't particularly care for the new sliding door for the bathroom/closet. It just didn't feel as private as the normal doors as there is no obvious way of locking.

Staff was super helpful. Jack the Night Mgr got me all checked in and squared away. Skylar went and got me some butter and and salt for the popcorn I bought there. The rooms were awesome to sleep in and I'm a picky sleeper. They were dark and quite. The bed was great: soft pillows and comforter. And a super convenient location just off I-40.

As an older person (76) a flat shower stall would be better for older folks like me. Tubs are so out of date and this one is small narrow and not flat on the bottom. If not for the installed grab bar, I could have fallen.

Very friendly and efficient staff. The beds were extremely comfortable. The pillows were great.

I reserved a queen room with 2 queen beds. The beds however, were actually full size not queen. Comfortable, but definitely not queen.

Breakfast was good although they ran out of several things. Need to order extra or stock extra for weekends.

As stated need extra food for weekends and take in consideration most kids don't like sausage.

The bed was super comfortable and the room was big and clean.

The tub in the shower was really messed up. the floor of the tub was caved in and made it hard to get in and out of and hard to stand in

The breakfast was fine, I notice the lady that did breakfast even made an egg white omlet for a guest. We even had a ground floor room. Jennifer Spradlin and her staff are excellent, a job well done.
