We were upgraded to ground floor handicapped room because my husband has walking difficulties and that room by service desk was quiet and had ice maker right across from it. It was big enough and quite large bath with shower and all accessible items. It was very clean. Everything worked great. AC was OK. Hot shower. Coffee maker right in the room was very nice after long driving hours.

Breakfast was very poor. Not even 1 fruit item or anything hot like eggs. Biggest concern we had when we have read that pets allowed for 20$ extra and we have seen lots of dogs different sizes walking in the hallway but CATS WERE NOT ALLOWED and when i asked customer service lady she just shrugged shoulders and said she did not know her own hotel policy. Something is very fishy here.

We were traveling cross country and this was a great, affordable option with a pool, breakfast, and laundry services. The staff was a breath of fresh air, as well, making us feel so very welcomed during our stay. Very quiet. Right off of i 40, so very convenient.

Maybe better breakfast but can't complain much.

The Super 8 location is convenient and easy to get to from I-40. The price is great and the room was very clean. Staff were friendly and there is plenty of parking.

The breakfast bar is mostly cold or room temperature food except for the hot, do-it-yourself waffles and coffee. The charge rate for the room would have to be higher if the breakfast bar were to offer more hot food choices.

Location was great, right off the highway, everything was clean, tv worked, and the toilet was a comfortable height! Not a sqatty potty! Yay! Everyone was nice, check in was smooth and all was well.

Well, the breakfast…. Only hot item was a waffle, no proteins, but we already knew that because other reviews said so. If breakfast is important, you’re going to need to manage your expectations. There are choices close by.

Loved the worker named chay that worked 2-10pm! She was the best!

Didn't like the breakfast cause the milk was clabbered. We had to go to McDonald's. Also didn't like the long hair girl with glasses, I didn't get her name, but she wasn't very nice.

very comfortable. lady who checked us in was very nice. pool was open and my son loved it. beds in the room were very comfy. small breakfast was nice.

I’m assuming the bottom floor is smoking rooms, when you walk in and in the hallways you can smell cigarettes. we stayed on the second floor and in the room I couldn’t really smell the cigarette smell. when pulling up it seemed like a very sketchy hotel but was pleasantly surprised how nice it was after we got in the room.

This facility is very convenient for anyone traveling on I-40. Staff was very friendly. This is also one of the few Super 8's I've seen with an indoor pool. I did not use it, but it might be a nice amenity for those traveling with kids. Breakfast offerings were adequate.

In the hallway there was the faint smell of cigarette smoke. I did not smell it win my room, however. This may be a facility that still allows smoking in some of its rooms.

The staff member that worked the morning shot during our staff was exceptional and went above and beyond

Only had 2 towels in our room of 4 people but stagf got us 2 more

I prefer a little more offering, but it was better than some hotels offering. It wasn’t things we eat.

Just the offering at breakfast. Everything else was fine.

Misty at the front desk was very friendly and kind. She made sure we were comfortable and happy. The room was very clean and a great size for moving around. I will be back
