Staff was great. Breakfast was great. Rooms were really great. Beds were a little to high to get into. Walk in shower would be better in the handicap rooms. Pool was Great Flowers.A relaxing place.

Nothing . But like I said beds were high to get on. Refrigerator froze things

Breakfast was very good, eggs and sausage, fruit, pastries, waffles, cereal, and very good, not weak coffee. Baymont has good coffee where ever we go.

furnishings in the room were in need of updating. Carpet in the room was old and I don't like carpeted rooms, the floors with laminate are much better. The couch and chair were old looking. The tv was way to far away from the bed, or needed to be much bigger.

They went the extra mile for the bikers Staff over friendly which was great Fridge problem--they installed a new one

Breakfast is always great. Close to Greenwood where we had family. Glad to see the pool even though we had no time to swim.

They did a lot more for me than booking.com or Priceline did, and I will never use Priceline or booking.com ever again.

I didn't like booking.com, or Priceline that's what I didn't like, because you're both crooked.

Everything was fine. The room was clean, staff is friendly and helpful. Perfect stay to anyone.

Centrally located, close to downtown and shopping. It was perfect for my commute. Complimentary breakfast was pretty good.

I have no complaints.

The property was being remodeled and we were in a newly remodeled room. The bed was super comfy and the staff was amazing!
