When we first arrived, we were greeted by an amazing desk clerk named Andrea. She went above and beyond to ensure our stay was WONDERFUL. I found this hotel on one of the hotel apps that I use when my husband and I travel. The only problem I had with The Arc Hotel was that it was a little out of the way. We were on I-40, and it wasn't. But for the price, amenities, clean rooms, and SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE from ANDREA, was well worth the extra few miles!! Oh, the management at this hotel needs to put a sign on it. But, ANDREA, THANK YOU again for making our stay at The Arc Hotel not only Memorable but Enjoyable! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO EVERYONE!!

This hotel was very good. Don't let the Inexpensive price make you think it will be a dump. This hotel is worth every dime.

Nice clean room for the most part

Staff at front desk was matter of fact.. usually when I stay there it’s more of a friendly conversation especially during assessing rules on the property. This is third time the bed or room size or disability room had been changed after it was booked online as such. I was told it was the booking site and I was ok with it since I was the sole occupant. The only properly functioning electrical outlet was In the bathroom. The one on the lamp intermittently worked. Could use update for More outlets in room or USB ports. Loud neighbors during late hours and housekeepers coming to knock on door three times prior to checkout. Checkout is at 1100. Not 0830. 0900 or 1030. The purpose of me staying at hotel was to sleep in and get more rest instead of staying with family

Great location, friendly staff and wonderful breakfast. The room was more than adequate and the beds comfortable. They were very accommodating for our pet and gave us an excellent location for getting in and out quickly and quietly with my daughters dog.

Carpeting in the room really needs a good shampooing, it was filthy. The floor felt rather nasty on your feet and when my daughter spilled a little soda and we went to clean it...the towel was BLACK! PLEASE SHAMPOO your carpets because it is the only killer of an otherwise totally lovely hotel with a great price and location.

Front desk young lady that checked me in did an amazing job, was very attentive, quick at her process so we could get right in to our room and get rest after being on the road for 12 hours. Excellent job on her part. I was going to cancel booking.com after this trip because of all the bad recent experiences but she made it up! Wish I would have gotten her name, she had a great personality, wonderful smile, and an awesome nose ring! 👊

The blonde girl at the front desk was extremely polite and helpful when we had to tell her our AC unit was leaking all over the floor. She immediately got us another room.

The AC was not turned on and it was 102 degrees outside and when I turned it on it leaked all over the floor, almost to the bed. And the room smelled completely musky. Then the TV was hard to work. The channel guide wasn't working and we kept having to plug in the cable cord to get it to work.

It was beyond super clean. Staff were very kind and the room was beautiful. I did not expect that for the price.

Had a very hard time getting the soaps out of the dispenser in the shower. Not such a big problem as I brought my own. I also would have appreciated a few more outside lights.

Neat little place that had a decent little breakfast and helpful staff. It was a little off the main freeway (I-40), which I didn't realize when I booked, but they were helpful regarding the U-Haul/trailer I was driving and overall were a good property

I didn't love the pillows...but I'm picky about such things and don't really expect hotels to have pillows to my preference.
