The motel staff was very friendly. I needed milk to take some medication and there was none in their little store but the receptionist went and got me some from the kitchen area. The room was roomy, bed was very comfortable and clean, there was plenty of hot water and lots of water pressure. The place was clean! Breakfast was a full breakfast and very tasty. Just needed bacon as an option with the sausage.

My only issue was that I was on the 2nd floor and the people above me must have had kids romping around and playing which was fairly loud. But after 10pm it got quiet and everything was good.

The property was very nice. The lobby and dining area was very inviting. The breakfast was good. The room was very clean and spacious. The bed was a little firm but actually really comfortable. The hotel was within walking distance of several places to eat. The shower had GREAT water pressure and the water gets very hot!

The lighting in the room was not good! It was very dark and almost impossible to put on make-up and do hair even with every light on. It did get a little hot in the bathroom as there was no air in there.

The staff was very friendly and check in/out was very quick and easy. The rooms were a good size, and the price was a great value. The hotel grounds and inside were pretty clean and neat. Location was in the middle of the business district and close to the highway so it was easy to come and go to places. The bed and pillows were comfy, and NO STAINS OR BED BUGS! It was a clean bed and bedroom over all.

The bathroom had pee on the toilet when I got there :/, but the rest of the bathroom was clean. The room had a stagnant air smell when you come and go from outside; this probably could have been cured by having the AC on but it was colder those nights. The floor above me was noisy - it wasn't the people being excessively noisy, it was that the floor squeaked a lot as they walked around; had to turn the room fan up high to drown it out. Also, the shower being turned on in the room next to me was really loud early in the morning and woke me up. Still, these are minor issues compared to the overall cleanliness, friendly staff, and price.

We arrived late in the morning, at 3:30 AM from traveling….asked for an extended check out at noon instead of 11 AM, and the clerk said she couldn’t do that or it would be an extra $15 fee . Every motel/hotel I’ve stayed in offers this as a courtesy of an extra hour. Not very happy abt this as I felyyit wasn’t much to ask since we arrived so late.

Our room was absolutely perfect! First floor and spacious which is ideal for a couple with two pups. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the shower was a welcome sight after a long day of hiking too.

Booking.com didn't make it clear that there would be an extra pet charge. The receptionist was extremely thoughtful, but if someone makes it a "pet friendly" filter looking for a hotel it should be made known that there's an extra charge.

My dad and I stopped here during our cross-country road trip and we loved how nice and well-kept the hotel was. The beds were nice, big, and comfortable. There were plenty of stores nearby, (Starbucks, etc.) Fort Smith seemed like a charming little town. The bathtub was nice and clean, the only problem I had was I didn't know how to get the showerhead to work. You need to pull down on the bathtub faucet to get the showerhead on! Breakfast was delicious, the eggs were well-seasoned, the waffle maker was nice, and they had biscuits and gravy which I thought was very Southern.

We had a pleasant stay, no complaints!

The young lady at the desk was friendly and shared good info on food options in the area. I was told that the breakfast (included) was good, but I didn't try it. Parking was good. Everything seemed clean.

The lighting in the room was dim. All the lamps and fixtures were fine and worked as expected, but there was no option for a bright light when I wanted one.

The beds were clean and comfortable, the staff was super nice and accommodating. The facility as a whole looked clean and taken care of. Very pet friendly, and the rooms actually smelt very nice.

The elevator sounded as though it was going to fall apart. the ac unit could be cleaned better. The shower also got pretty slippery when the water was on.

Price and location and relatively quiet. Breakfast was decent and there was coffee on tap all the time. The rooms were spacious and had decent amenities such as cable tv and Dove branded shampoo and soap in the bathroom.

The key card given to me stopped working after a few hours.

The staff was very pleasant. The facilities were well maintained and appointed.

Although the driveways were shoveled, snow and ice were built up between vehicles which made it hazardous to walk in and out. Even if parked cars made it difficult to shovel between the cars, ice melt could have been used in these areas.
