We were upgraded to a suite - which was lovely, but we arrived at 9pm and had to leave by 4.30am the following day to catch our flight home. We didn't really have time to appreciate it! The hotel kindly made us up a breakfast bag to take with us due to our early departure. Coffee, juice, sandwiches and cut fruit which was welcome and a nice touch. We enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar the evening we arrived - the staff working in the bar were super friendly and made great cocktails!

Our room tariff included 3000 INRS food and beverage credit. This was not deducted from our bill on check out and whilst we did eventually get it sorted out, it was not helpful to be doing this at 4.15am with a taxi waiting outside. The hotel should find a way of ensuring that this deduction is made automatically.

Best Hilton experience ever. Me and my friend traveled with a baby and we arrived in the evening. We choose to take a cab from airport and they accidentally didn’t put one of our luggage. Hilton team was supper helpful and found my luggage within an hour. Divik and another manager I think his name was Lekna helped me out with assistance throughout. We couldn’t go for breakfast the first day and the team called us to check if everything was well. Room was spacious and beautiful. And the arrival aminities and turn down aminities were absolutely delicious. We had a lot of in room dinning services was slow in delivery however the food was delicious. We went for neer and the restaurant was beautiful we had a set menu. Food was delicious specially the grill fish selection. Our baby was crying and neha ( guest relation) was so kind to hold him and entertain as much as she could while we finished the food. Sarah was also very kind to come and try to entertain the baby. We met sudeep in different days and had always nice smile and always helped out us in all ways we needed. We did go to buffet but as we had a splendid service in neer was a bit upsetting that didn’t receive much attention. However chef muskan as the name says it has a beautiful smile and super sweet made us the best omelette. And Kaycee who was also very kind. We went for dinner in the same buffet restaurant the food was getting delayed as we ordered al Ala carte but the waiter sujoiy was kind to send it to our room. Was beautiful seating and view. All over wonderful experience but the first time ever that the front office team has won our hearts from going over and beyond in every way possible. However the location was a bit far and had a challenge to exchange money and to find a cab so had to take hotel car always.

Was a bit far from main locations

The staff at the hotel were exceptional and they even gave us a complimentary room upgrade and decorated the room with birthday balloons and a cake for my wife’s birthday. Every interaction with any staff member showed exceptional customer service and willingness to exceed our expectations. Especially, Shivam and Mevin, the guest relations executives - they went above and beyond on a number of occasions to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. I would highly recommend this Hilton hotel!

Nothing - everything was perfect!

Overall, the service was fantastic. On our last morning, a chef came out, thanked us for staying with them and even took a photo. The food at Neo Kitchen was consistently high-quality and provided a huge amount of variety. The staff at the Executive Lounge were also excellent.

The server at Neer seemed to be ill-prepared and made numerous mistakes with our order. This ruined the overall experience at this restaurant. It was also unclear if this restaurant was separate from my package or not. If I get the chance to stay here again, I'll likely skip going to Neer even though the food was very nice.

The stay was very pleasant, I had a few last minute requests to the staffs regarding arranging for a birthday. Even though it was a last minute request they did a wonderful job at providing me with the best at offer, really appreciate Ms.Sonali for helping me out with the arrangements

The only miner inconveniences was regarding the curtains in the room, I booked a suit room so the windows were huge! Basically half of the room is your window space, this was all great until we realised the curtains are manual, operating then was kind of a hassle but apart from that I have no complaints

I would like to give a special shout out to Shoaib who checked me in, he was super awesome and kind enough to give me an upgrade and made sure all my needs are met also a shout out to Simran for making sure we have everything we need. Kudos to Hilton Team at Embassy, always a pleasure.

The hotel is new, and all the amenities are to date and feels very comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic with wide range of selection. As a special mention, the South Indian breakfast was to notch, and it really exceeded my expectation. Every single item was delicious to say the least. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. Here is what Shivam in particular did, I had requested to add a surprise element in the room when we check-in as it was our anniversary. Shivam went an extra mile and got out couple photo and framed it and kept in front the cake when we checked in the room. Also, when we checked in both Shivam and Sonali took care of checking in and made sure all our needs were met.

There is not enough open space around the hotel to move around and to take a stroll. In fact, they position the Hotel as Business stay - can't complain about that.

The service of Shivam Sharma your guest relationship manager at the hotel was the best. He was always helpful whenever I needed anything g for myself or my little daughter who accompanies me. Also Sonali who did my daughters hair she was very helpful

I liked everything and there was nothing I did not like

I had an amazing stay at Hilton Bangaluru Embassy Manyata Business Park. The location is beautiful. The rooms were very clean and spacious, making it easy to relax. The food was delicious, with every meal tasting great. I highly recommend it for a wonderful and comfortable stay.

It’s an amazing place to relax just after returning from work. The food range is awesome and the customer support is great. Also special mention to Shivam from front desk and Neha and her entire team at the executive lounge. All of them want the guest to have the top notch experience.
