Good location for an overnight stay in Reggio Calabria. Near the station and walking distance to the centre of town. Breakfast was available to us early as e had an early train to catch.

Great location, close to the train station and the city center. Very clean and well maintained!! Breakfast was mostly sweet pastries, toast with butter/jam etc and of course coffee/tea, everything was fresh and delicious. The bed was very comfortable. Easy check in and check out.

Entering the property for the first time was complex and annoying. Multiple buttons and codes to enter in various locations which were not well marked and not well described in the instructions. One of the complex steps was to get a key whose purpose (big front door downstairs) was not disclosed and was unnecessary as that could also be opened by code. Still, it was great once that difficulty was surmounted. Grazie.

Excellent location within walking distance of the city centre. Newly renovated rooms on the second floor of an appartment building. Good breakfast is served in the communal kitchen. Free parking available on the street.

Charming, helpful and friendly people

Located close to the train station. Good, clear communication with the owner. Maria and Francesca looked after us in the mornings with a simple but delicious breakfast. Great coffee and always served with a smile. Maria spoke excellent English and made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Located close to the train station. The property is spotless and decorated in a modern style. Loads of storage. Room 4 had a balcony which overlooked a busy street. Nice to have outdoor space. We used earplugs at night but it wasn’t over bearing. Room 5 was quieter with a smaller balcony but the view wasn’t as good. We loved our 3 nights here and we felt it was excellent value for money.

The shower cubicle isn’t very deep and was tricky for us as we are tall and long limbed! But this wouldn’t stop me staying here again.

The room was as pictured. Comfortable bed, extra blanket, and pillow in the closet. The balcony was nice. The previous guest had locked the safe and I couldn't get it open, they came and fixed it the day I reported it, very efficient. Everything was in working order and clean. Nice size towels. The shower is a little small so keep that in mind. But the hot water and water pressure is good. Maria in the morning for the breakfast was so friendly and gave me a great day trip idea. She was always helpful and smiling. Also it's close to the train station to take day trips....close to the center and attractions..

For breakfast, I would have maybe enjoyed some fruit. The second day there was yogurt rather than just pastries so that was nice.

Really close to train station and downtown. Very clean, and had the basics—a bed and private bathroom—plus a balcony with table! It offered a nice breakfast— better than anywhere else I’ve stayed —but since I had to leave early in the morning, they gave me mine to take with me, very thoughtful! Also I needed an iron , which was listed as one of the available items, but I couldn’t find it, so they brought me one to use, which was very kind as well. Maria, the housekeeper, welcomed me and was helpful in getting me oriented. I appreciated being able to check in early. Since I had a heavy bag, I appreciated the elevator! I wish I’d had a chance to use the coffee machine!

The barking dogs, car horns, motorcycles, and squealing brakes, but not the hosts’ fault. It’s just a characteristic , as far as I can tell, of all Italian towns and cities. I really have no complaints about anything under the control of the hosts.

Perfect localization, you can go by food to the best places in Reggio. Breakfasts were sweet and tasty - croissants, cereals, fruits, some cakes, juices, tea or coffee, yoghurt, biscuits and small jams. Bathroom very nice. Perfect cleanliness. Helpful staff, you can write to them by WhatsApp and they can help with anything. We were surprised by refreshments in the room. Thank you. In this price this hotel was AWESOME!

Right outside the bedroom door there is a breakfast room. If other guests eat at 7 am, you will hear everything. But it's only one small disadventage.
