From the moment we were greeted, the management and staff strived to make us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our two night stay. The lift from the garden/car park was an unexpected bonus. The Villa had character and charm. The wrap around garden positioned the villa from the road, so it was very quiet. The rooms had telephones to reception which was manned 24hrs. For a 2 star hotel this is exceptional. In addition and again exceptional service for a hotel of this rating was the hot milk/chocolate (on request) in the evening. Thank you to the team.

We felt the bathrooms although we'll equipped with a large shower were very cramped, due to the addition of a bidet. We would have appreciated an English, German or French news channel on the TV. The pool should be described as a dipping pool rather than a swimming pool; nevertheless it was attractive. Booking.com described a benefit of "access to the Executive Lounge" which did not meet expectations....NOT the hotels fault!!

The hotel is beautiful. It's in a lovely area with food shopping, bars and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The rooms were a decent size and the beds comfortable. Car parking is available and free of charge. Make sure to request a room on the first floor.

No refrigerator in the rooms. The carpets should be vacuumed on a daily basis and didn't seem to be. One of our party was given a room under the hotel and it didn't have a window, smelled of sewer and was damp.

It felt very Spanish and the staff and owner were really friendly. We had the studio apartment so we had the use of the patio at the back to enjoy food and an area to relax. The supermarket was right next door and the parador a short walk away.

The area just outside our studio apartment would have been better if it had been a bit tidier as the seat was really nice to have a cup of coffee . Also we did not expect it to be so noisy from the traffic. However it was less busy in the evening and at the weekend. The location was a quick 15 mins to some free parking which the staff recommended which was really good just near the historic bridge.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was spacious and spotlessly clean. The staff was exceptionally kind and helpful. The receptionist gave us great tips for parking in the city, which turned out to be very useful. The coffee at breakfast was surprisingly better than what you'd find in most cafés. I highly recommend this hotel. Tip: There's an elevator on the left-hand side, so you don’t have to carry your luggage up the stairs.

Excellent small hotel in a very nice area in Cordoba. About a 25 minute walk to the edge of the center and 40 minutes to the heart of the old town. There is also a regular bus 2 minutes away that goes every 30 mins to the center for Euro 1.30. Excellent staff who gave us a great run down of what to see and do. Rooms are as per the photos and are very clean and very quiet. Simple Spanish breakfast was included for us. Fantastic fresh orange juice and great coffee.

Nothing really. I fridge in the room would have been useful but not really a big deal.

We have stayed here before. The staff, as always, are friendly and helpful and work well together. I forgot to book single beds. The young woman on reception reallocated us a larger room at no extra charge. My partner is unwell and they were all very kind. The gardens are lovely, and the everywhere is well cared for. The breakfast was simple and fresh, and the coffee was excellent.

It is our hotel of choice when we visit Cordoba. It is peaceful with lovely, well planted gardens and free parking, plus external lift. Interesting paintings , a good breakfast but my favourite thing is how pleasant ALL the staff are.

English breakfast tea on the room hospitality tray would have been appreciated.

The room was small but everything you need was available. The room was clean and comfortable. Great shower. The staff were friendly and happy to answer any questions. We opted to have the breakfast which was great value for money, fresh and plentiful. Served with a smile. Checking in and out was easy and efficient. Very helpful. Happy to recommend. It had a lovely courtyard with a beautiful fountain pool, very refreshing.

It was a little too far to walk in the intense heat from the main attractions. However, a short trip by taxi did the trick organised by the hotel.

We loved the hotel, the location was a beautiful, leafy suburb away from the hustle & bustle of the old city, but close enough to get to easily. It was spotlessly clean, the staff were very helpful despite a language barrier. The room was spacious, the bathroom large & well lit. It was quiet at night. Breakfast was good, part table service, part buffet. There are good restaurants close by within walking distance.

The pool was closed & the weather was hot. The toilet paper was awful.

Breakfast was good & lovely that the staff served us. Great to have free parking, we arrived & parked the car for the duration of our stay.

No restaurant for an evening meal or a bar to have a night cap.
