Loved this hotel! Such a great place to stay in Córdoba — stylish, clean, and really special. The rooftop pool is amazing with beautiful views, and they also have an indoor pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services (I tried the massage and it was excellent!). The location is perfect — super close to everything. And the staff? Absolutely lovely! So kind, helpful, and respectful. Big thanks to the whole team. Highly recommend this hotel — I’d definitely come back!

Professional and friendly service. Easy to book, and when I rang to upgrade our room close to the date, the reception team was very helpful. Natalia and colleagues gave us a warm welcome on arrival and were very helpful with incidental info. Bed was comfy, bedroom was roomy, nicely styled. Nice hot shower in compact bathroom. We enjoyed a steam and sauna during our stay, too, which was fabulous for our aching feet after a busy day of sight seeing. Our room had a small balcony overlooking the quiet side street, with a view onto an old chapel. The hotel location was great, giving us some wonderful options for winding our way on foot through the quiet cobbled streets of Cordoba to wherever we were heading each day. So convenient for all the sights. Coming from the UK we were glad to see the orange-laden trees immediately in front of the hotel. We loved that the hotel is on an ancient plot and has some very old historical architectural features incorporated within its walls. I know there is a sign in the entrance describing these but it would be great to have a small sign beside the actual spots, for example, the ancient arch in the foyer and Roman stones on the ground floor.

The coffee machine took a bit of working out but reception kindly sent a colleague to help us. Herbal tea bags are supplied as well as coffee pods.

The location at the edge of the old town is fantastic. The inner courtyard adds glamour, and the rooftop terrace with the small pool gives some respite from the City's oppressive heat. Also, the all-marble bathroom was very beautiful.

Our main issue was that we could not sleep well because of the noise. For two consecutive nights, we were woken up at 2:30 a.m. by very noisy crews of bin men. Before and after that, groups of drunks roamed the small alley, singing, shouting, and occasionally smashing things. I understand that a vibrant nightlife is part of the appeal (although there are no bars or pubs in the immediate vicinity), but this location would require triple glazing (and a quieter AC so that one can keep the windows closed at night)

Staff super friendly, welcoming and helpful (special mention to Carlos! Muchas gracias por su disponibilidad y su ayuda con la sorpresa para mi pareja!) We got the superior room, spacious and comfortable Everything looked like the picture except the spa which could do a little freshening up!

We expected a more typical andalusian breakfast, but it was just like any other hotel breakfast (english breakfast) Other thing: the spa/swimming pool are very small. Maybe for that type of hotel it’s best to focus on one thing or the other to offer top quality service. Not very satisfied with the massage we got..

It had an amazing architecture, being super peaceful and comfortable, the room was gigantic for the price we payed, super clean and the beds were really comfortable. It was centrally located, very close to a wonderful square, to restaurant, etc. The staff were very nice and helpful.

It was a bit noisy at night/early morning when the garbage is taken, but only heard it when keeping the windows open. It wasn’t a deal breaker anyway. We really loved the stay!

Location is great, on the edge of the Old City. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Room was very spacious and comfortable. We were able to check in early, which was appreciated. Room was quiet, good black out curtains, bed was comfortable. Large TV.

Rooms are sound proofed which affects the mobile phone coverage. Coffee shop at front of hotel served us last each time we ordered a coffee, we had to repeatedly ask for our coffees, on two occasions we waited over 20 minutes. Spanish customers who arrived after us were served immediately, very disappointing.

The air-con in the room : it works only when the room key is inserted. Therefore every time we came back the room was hot (and slightly humid and smelly). Then once turned on all was perfect. I hope it will improve. Valet parking (good service) can be a limit if you need your car during the stay

The location was perfect for seeing all the important sights, all within a short distance. The hotel is lovely and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

We had a room facing the street at the front of the hotel. We need air at night so opened our door, the garbage cans were right below our window. The garbage men come often in the wee hrs of morning making a lot of noise. General street noise was quite loud. I’d suggest asking for a room on the back.

The location of the hotel was only 4 mins walk to the the centre, with lots of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. The old town in a 20 min walk, we enjoyed the pool area and the spa. The lady at the spa Sandra was so helpful and her treatments. were amazing. The hotel offer parking with arrangement which was so handy. The cafe at the hotel was very reasonable and offers the best coffee I have tasted. We loved our say and will definitely stay again.

I don’t get the need to have no privacy. I was travelling with my daughter but even if it was with my husband, I would like to go to the toilet without the other person watching or hearing! There was absolutely no privacy. Also, girl on reception was very slow. We turned up at 5pm having driven 5 hours and had to wait 45 minutes for her to check in a couple of people before us.
