Clean, easy to check in and out. Well located. This hotel was very, very clean. It’s a small hotel on a quiet street but just a few minutes walk to restaurants and shops. There was a simple breakfast offered with the room. It’s from 9-11 and the time didn’t work out for us to actually eat so we took a few pieces of fruit to go. There is an electric kettle in the room; you can bring instant coffee or tea. The hotel held our bags for us until around 2:30 pm.

Not the property but check activities in town before coming if planning to use taxis. There was a Féria (lots of fun) but made finding a taxi to get back to the train station difficult (we’re traveling walked).

The location was excellent, very quiet too considering it was in the heart of the old town. The room was very clean and had air conditioning which was most welcome, the bathroom was great too the shower even though it was combined with the bath, the water was very receptive and hot to a touch, the only downside was there was no bath mat in the bath and it was slippery, other than that it was a super place to stay, the host and staff were very friendly, there was nothing not to like. Thank you everyone 👏👏🫶🫶

Gorgeous little hotel, super spacious room and bathroom. Nicely located to see the old town (don't miss the cathedral-mosque), and easy access from the train station. Cleaning came in every day if you wanted, and you could choose when to replace towels and the like. The option for self check-in and checkout was great as it meant we could come and go when we wanted. Room also came with a small fridge that was super useful for keeping lunch supplies in.

Came with a kettle but no teaspoons to make tea or coffee with which was a pain! Similarly a butter knife would've been really useful.

I fell in love with Hotel San Miguel since I first discovered it on Booking. A historical building, situated in central Cordoba, the hotel offers an authentic experience of the Spanish way of living. The building is extremely well preserved and hosts an outstanding patio, where you can have breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. Our room was at the ground floor, with windows facing a pedestrian street. During the night it was a bit noisy - sometimes crossed by motorcycles or the garbage truck. The room looked like the one in the pictures, but the furniture is quite old. Overall, it suits the profile of the whole surroundings. Breakfast is a gift from the hosts - just some basics, but so nicely prepared for us every morning. Hotel San Miguel takes you back to old Cordoba and makes you feel like a local. So, if you want to experience that, it’s the place to stay.

The furniture is a bit old. I had the bad luck to run out of hot water in my second night, but I guess it could happen.

We stayed in San Miguel for one night and we really had a great time. San Miguel is in an excellent location as you can walk only 10 minutes to be in the centre. The room we stayed was very beautiful, with a big and comfortable bed and a nice view from the window. The bathroom was big and really clean with all the necessities. We also had some breakfast, which included coffee/tea, cake, bread etc, which was a bonus taking into consideration that it is a two-star hotel. The guy in reception was nice and helpful with every question we had. In my mind San Miguel is a hidden gem and I would highly recommend it to everyone who would like to visit Cordoba.

The picture of the property at Booking.com is exactly what you will find at the property. The hotel is very new, clean, and bright. The washroom and shower is big compared to most. The beds, beddings and pillows are perfect for discriminating tourist. The hotel is next door to San Miguel Church. Around there are restaurants and bars. Plaza de las Tendillas is 2-3 minute walk from the hotel. There is a fountain in the middle and lots of seating under the trees. Around the plaza are streets where you can shop, eat, drink. Whatever you need, you will find there, you do not need to ride a bus or a taxi. Just walk everywhere.

There is only one set of keys. If you are alone, you’re ok. If you’re a couple, you have to be together all the time so you come and go together always.

The room was comfortable, clean and cozy (good heating). Very quiet. A great bathroom and shower. Nice to have a refrigerator and hot water pot. I loved the historic building with its cute patio, garden and water feature. Excellent location! Close to everything, but just a block from the noise for a peaceful stay. Just the kind of small place that I look for on my travels.

Unavailability of staff though this seems to be the current trend in many places (no front desk service). Generally, I don't have much interaction with staff as I am an independent traveler used to doing my own thing, but when I wanted to ask a question regarding my stay-- there was no one to ask and no information on how to contact someone. Just a dark, locked office

Great location and great value for money. If you’re looking for a basic, clean hotel, you can’t go wrong. The hotel stipulates that the breakfast is a “gift” but it’s more than adequate with a choice of breads to toast, pastries, a cereal and lots of teas and coffees.

We had a ground floor room which was a bit dark but the bonus was we had the courtyard right outside our room with tables and chairs.

I stayed at the hotel for 2 nights while I was on a solo trip in Cordoba. It was exactly what I needed. The hotel is extremely well located, close to the city centre and on a quiet street that allowed me to rest well during my 2 nights. What was outstanding about my stay was the receptionist, Eva. I unfortunately forgot some keys and two of my cards at the hotel and only realised it on the train back. I called Eva and she has been so accommodating. Even though she was no longer at the hotel, she went back as soon as she could and was able to find my things. She mailed them to me day after and I received them immediately. She was wonderfully helpful in such a stressful situation for me.

The pillows and the shower water pressure could be better (although I understand that the second item is not so easy to fix).

Good location, clean, nice continental breakfast. Breakfast staff was kind and attentive. It was a fine place to stay for one night.

We didn’t have any toilet paper when we arrived, but emailed them and received an answer within a few hours where to find some. Did have to walk a bit to City Center. Huge disappointment and hassle was that they did not store our luggage. We lost about an hour or so having to take care of that issue.
