Quiet and spacious.

When checking in, the staff didn't tell us that there is a free parking lot across the bridge. The paid parking garage is 17 euro per day. 3 days cost 51 euro. Also, we weren't told about a lift behind a door on the far left side of the building. So, my husband who is nearly 70, had to lift both our luggage up two floors. Hope that in the future, the staff will do better!

Good location within walking distance of many attractions. The entrance to the unit was from a patio. Nice, quiet space. We used the kitchen for breakfasts and evening supper. Things were very clean. Great views of the city from the top floor of the building.

The additional patio that was attached to the bedroom was overgrown with weeds making it very unattractive. We did not use it. General need for some outdoor weeding and clean up in other spaces. The biggest frustration was check out. We asked what was needed for checkout the day before we were scheduled to leave and were told that we didn't need to do anything. But the next morning there were more than 9 messages about checking out online, turning in keys (we didn't have keys). In addition, the WiFi went out. I walked over to the main office and were told to ignore the messages. Seems pointless to automatically generate messages that ARE pointless.

- we booked an apartment with a courtyard/terrace. But what we received was a disaster. Dark cave with bad smell and ugly tiny patio (picture). Luckily, we were able to change it. But there was no terrace in the new apartment, so we felt disappointed because the weather was very nice during our stay.

The apartment was quite big, modern, clean and right in the middle of the old town. We had a welcome pot washing pack. The patio was great for sunbathing in the afternoon sun.

Getting there by car is down very narrow streets, we had to put our mirrors in at 1 point and still only had about an inch on each side. We do, however, have citreon picasso. I suggest parking in the nearest car park and walking to the apartment You have to check in at a different location, which is not far but inconvenient. The bed was very firm. My husband liked it, but I found it uncomfortable The aircon, if not good. It kept switching off, and we'd wake up in the night hot and had to get up to turn back on. There were a few ants in the bedroom and bathroom.

We were there during the blackout. The hotel staff was exceptional during this crisis, answering our questions and reassuring us. They allowed us to recharge our phone on their generator which gave us reassurance that we would have a charge when the power came back on. The room/apartment itself was fine. It was clean and spacious enough - as advertised. There was a welcome package with dish soap and a sponge to clean the dishes we used. We would have found it helpful to have one with 10 cl of olive oil and salt and pepper, even if it were available for purchase, very helpful. As travellers from outside of Europe, we don’t have the luxury to bring such items to use while travelling. The main attractions are within easy access by foot. There is a good supermarket (la Piedra)within 5 minutes. The main positive point for us was how quiet it was. There is virtually no traffic on the street and the whole area is super quiet in the evening. For breakfast, the Cafe Veca is basically at the end of the street.

We had an apartment on the main level with a courtyard that we found uninviting - concrete walls and no greenery.

Very good location a few minutes walk from the mosque and in the old quarter. The space was really generous and big, extremely clean, and quiet.

It turns out that you have to get the code to enter the apartment from the Eurostar Hotel a short distance away. This was not in the slightest bi inconvenient, but since we had not been told this before arriving it was startling not to be able to get in right away. Once we had the code, and the phone number of the people at the desk in the hotel, everything was easy. There is a taxi stand at the end of the block that got us into a cab for an early morning train easily.

It was a large apartment, very clean with plenty of bedding and towels etc Generous amount of toiletries were provided. Quiet area so no overnight noise. The bed was very comfortable. Air conditioning very effective . Easy to walk to cafes etc. The staff at the Eurostars hotel (where we booked in 5 mins away from the apartment) were just so helpful and kind - very impressive.

There was no jug for boiling water and no microwave bowls for use in the microwave. Some written instructions on use of the induction stovetop and microwave would be useful . (We only got the stove top working by accident and could not get microwave to function at all). Minor issue - No english speaking TV channel was actually available.

The property is a short walk from the hotel with which it is associated. This meant we had access to staff at all times. It was clean, comfortable, spacious and well laid out. Staff were very helpful and attentive with the 2 problems. The entrance code didn’t work but they solved this quickly. They told us when we checked in that there was a WiFi problem. This wasn’t solved during our stay but they gave us a partial refund which covered the cost of the additional data we had to purchase from our provider. Good location. Helpful staff and very pleasant property.

The standard room had no balcony.

Nice inventory of towels, extra bedding, and toilet paper. Even a first aid kit. Good security with locked street door as well as unit door. Great views from the rooftop patio. Most importantly quiet, good nights sleep.

Very hot, scalding hot water from the tap. Patio off our bedroom full of weeds. Confusing number of email check out instructions sent by email that did not match up with what we had been told the day before departure.
