Location location location! Size room was also big which was perfect for two friends sharing a roomand had a touch of luxury not your basic stay . Nice comfy beds .

The shower had the oddest system to mix water . Not sure why on earth you steer away from the good old water mixer . The room felt dark even with all the lights lit. The room service was all the time knocking to enter and even when put they do not disturb note ,they needed to drop notices that they attempted to clean the room. Honestly not necessarily!!!!

We liked the room, the breakfast and the receptionist was extremely helpful.

There was an incident in the bar area early evening, we sat waiting to order a drink for almost an hour, pressed the service button on the table several times without success then asked the waiter who replied 'one moment' but never returned, the bar had been extremely busy but to be ignored is not acceptable. We went to the gentleman on reception to inform him of the situation and he told us he would pass this onto the bar manager, the receptionist apologised several times and was very helpful.

Pleasant and helpful staff on reception and in breakfast room and cafeteria. We had breakfast buffet once during our four night stay and it was good. We dined in the cafeteria one evening and the food was excellent.Hotel very clean. Pool area spacious and clean. Bed comfortable and room of good size. We had requested a quiet room and this request was granted ie our room faced the back courtyard. Lifts worked.

The bedroom decor is dated and dark and needs a refresh. Same for the bathroom. No hand soap provided as standard - you had to request this which seemed strange as shower gel and shampoo provided already. No tea/coffee making facility in the room and no complimentary water on arrival .

Out suite was amazing, a great space to be in with the lounge and the bathroom set up. It was nice if one of us couldn't sleep that we could get up and relax in the lounge while the other rested in bed. We liked the location and the ease of getting from A to B. The locwtion was also awesome for the train station, we are a couple where one of us is in a wheelchair so easenif movement is vital to us.

The grumpy dude at reception when we checked in because my husband doesn't have a email address! It is not compulsory to have one in life and as we're both retired we use 1 email for us both so the attitude to thst was just stupid in my opinion 😁

Great location!!! On the way to Cordoba we were in doubt if we should have booked something in the very heart of Cordoba (in the vicinity of the mosque), but we became utterly happy once we got in the hotel - we immediately realized how close we were to the historic center, but still we were just outside of busy, narrow streets - we entered the hotel garage (very comfortable) straight from the big boulevard and that was it. The car stayed there all three days because everything else that we were interested in was within short walking distance from the hotel (eg 20min walk to the mosque). The hotel is equipped with all necessities, there is also a roof pool with a city view - it was very convenient in our case as the weather was good in Oct, the temperature was around 30 C degrees.

On the Saturday night there was a party somewhere in the hotel - people were walking out, smoking cigarettes and talking until very late hours just under our window (we were situated on the first floor). It was pity because we had to close the window (the outside temperature was very pleasant) and to turn on the airco. We did not want to call the reception desk, but that is something to think about in the future (when there is a party in the hotel). The remaining two nights were perfect, we kept windows open.

This was my second visit, and once again, I was impressed by the outstanding service. From the very first day, the entire team made me feel welcome. A special thanks to Mr. Jose Miguel at the reception for his warm hospitality, kindness, and professionalism. The restaurant also deserves praise — excellent service, tasty food, and very fair prices. Because of this great experience, I decided to extend my stay by another week. The pool on the rooftop had quite cold water but was very enjoyable, including the sunbeds and the view. The hotel was in a good location, easy to reach and too far to walk into the historical city area. The paid parking garage under the hotel was very good and easy to drive in. Breakfast was good. Also liked the rooftop bar.

We had a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a former smoking room or an older hotel in need of renovation - the same applied to its look/style (like your typical 4 star hotel from 20 years ago). The checkin took incredibly long, we waited for more than 20 minutes with 3 parties in front of us - it was unclear what exactly took so long, but there seem to be a lot of paperwork going back and forth, which should be digitized nowadays.

The roof top pool and bar was spacious and very comfortable with views over city.. car parking was easy to find

Unnecessarily complicated process to get towels for the pool. Paid 14 Euros for breakfast which was very disappointing. Coffee and hot water from a machine which was luke warm.. should provide coffee jugs and water pots. Also had to queue for machine. The hot foot was unappetising and not keep warm enough also floating in oil. Fresh fruit and breads not replaced quickly enough. The breakfast was not good value for money

Room 415, the room is really nice for a person with walking disabilities, has a spacious shower with all the added commodities for a person that needs support when showering. The breakfast bar was very good & offer a good choice of items. The reception staff are very helpful and caring they remember you from one stay to the next. This hotel is a very good location near the train station and to the centre of Cordoba

There wasn't anything that I didn't like

The hotel is a ten minute walk to the Cordoba train station, and is about 25 minutes walk to the Alcazar, Mezquita Catedral and to the Romam Bridge. The rooms were cleaned everyday. Well done to housekeeping staff. Front staff always willing to assist when they can.

WiFi is poor in the room. Gym is not really a gym.. there is not much equipment, very small space, not air-conditioned, and no water and towels. TV not smart.
