very close to centro and bars restaurants friendly staff has HOT WATER to shower so that’s a big plus

no microwave and the beds were to hard not comfortable at all

Friendly staff, helpful, and always there for anything we needed , I traveled with my family and we are happy with the service, we will recommend this place .

everyone was very helpful. The front desk was 24hrs so there was always someone there to help. The location is also very close to the plaza so very easy to walk from the hotel.

They did require us to leave the key every time we left and I wasn’t completely comfortable with that. Also we had to make a line everytime we came back to ask for the key considering there was always someone waiting

That the bath towels are sitting on top of the toilet tank top. I did not like that. Also church bells go off every hr. Could not sleep late

The TV,ITS a hasle yo work with the TV to put up or down the volume ITS not Easy i dont like that
