I have booked this place a few times for my colleagues. However did this particular stay there was an unpleasant experience for my guests. Late night, there was a knock on the door and when opened a group of men barged in claiming to be police officers. My guests insisted for ID, which later one of them did. It was a very unpleasant experience. Apparently, the police was on the lookout for a suspect. He has since posted on FB to share this experience. His wife was also with him

I stayed at the Executive Hotel for three nights due to work. 27-30/10/2024. Here’s my review of the hotel: Receptionist: Friendly and always smiling. Check-in was quick and efficient. Floor 1: I was given a room a bit far from the elevator, but the hallway was quiet, which I enjoyed. It felt peaceful, with no disturbances. There was a water dispenser and an iron provided in the hallway. However, the Wi-Fi on Floor 1 was not reachable, so I had to use the password for Floor 5 to access Wi-Fi on Floor 1. Room: Spacious and clean. I appreciated the towels as they were very white and clean. A kiblat direction was also provided for Muslim guests. Since I was there for work, I appreciated the work chair and table, which made it easier to get things done. The TV only had a few channels, with Cinemax being the most interesting. TV1 and TV3 were not clear and had no sound. Parking: Free and spacious. Location: About 15-20 minutes to Pasir Gudang and 30 minutes to BDO. There aren’t many interesting shops or restaurants nearby, so I made sure to buy my food before heading to my room. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Insha'Allah, I will stay here again in the future.

I like the room, very spacious and modern interior design despite the outside being surrounded by industrial buildings.

However the door lock was faulty for multiple times. Since we arrived we were not able to use the access card, then after the technician fixed- it happened again the next day twice. It was a lil bit annoying because i had to go back and forth to the reception desk to ask for help. But staffs are very polite, helpful and apologetic of the situation so i’m grateful.

Room: So so so spacious! They provided a king bed (I guess? Bcs it was so big) Toilet: Also spacious, very clean and spotless Parking: very easy to find parking as there is a lot of parking space in front of the hotel and I believe they are all meant for the hotel guests only (since no other building/shoplot around the hotel) Overall, it was a good experience and totally affordable. I stayed there for 2 nights and they even have housekeeping service.

I like Cynthia, her professionalism, very high service standard. The cleaner was very good, very helpful. Everything was good.

I think.there is a new boy who doesn't speak properly and so there is a big drop in service standard. I hope he improves. There should be an instruction on how to get hot water from.the water dispenser.

Everything was good and perfect. The room quite big and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The toilet space also okey. I like the water pressure really strong. Definitely will come again for the next stay.

But only the mirror in the toilet it was very old and got stain/dirty/mold. I think it can be change already to the new one.

Just by coincidence that we discovered this hotel , from the look of it from out side does not look attractive but the inside was good and clean and not so old or have bad oudour

If have a reassurance of car park security will be great. Just for peace of mind. A hair dryer will be great to have .

Parking is easy, bed is comfortable, aircond is cold enough, room is big enough, check in is quick, front desk gave me two complimentary canned drinks during checkout

No drinking bottled water in room, iron and iron board are outside of room, tv channels are watchable but could be better, and i am not sure whether there is hot water in the bathroom

Just wow. Despite the location, everything was great. Booked at last minute time at 9am and being able to check in early at 1pm is a blessings. Thank you for letting us checking in early. Also, the bed was comfy, the room smells great & clean, very aesthetic. Got mini fridge and what im impressed about was the toileteries!!! They provide everything from soap, shower cap, tooth brush & even cotton bud! We had a blast!😊

Just the location.

Big and spacious room. Water dispenser distributed each floor,so you can get free flow of clean drinking water and free coffee machine at the lobby area. Easy check in. Surprisingly quiet despite being near to the busy road behind. The AC was super good. Blast the room and cools it down pretty fast. The front desk receptionist were informative and friendly.
