EVERYTHING! Excellent hotel, exceptional cleanliness, amazing staff, great location. Everything including communal areas are squeakingly clean. The staff is exceptional and very helpful - attending to all our needs and constantly asking what else they could do. Food / breakfast was exceptional with freshly house baked goodies / pastries and great selection of protein, cheeses and home made jams. Yakup bey (the manager) made our day every day, and was one the highlights of our stay in Cesme. Location of the hotel is amazing too - you can get to almost all city attractions / places of interest on foot. It is literally the best hotel service we have had in years in Turkey (so not adding anything to the next section - we liked everything!)

My recent experience at Crystal Clear Hotel was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, the rooms were immaculate. It was a joy to return to such a welcoming and crystal clear space after a day of exploring. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its outstanding staff. Nedibe, Emre, and Yakup, are the heart and soul of this establishment. Nedibe Hanım, in particular, is nothing short of an angel. Her warm smile and genuine care for guests make every visitor feel like a cherished friend. She went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay.

I must say that there was nothing I didn't like about my stay at the hotel. It was truly an exceptional experience from start to finish, and I couldn't find any faults or issues to complain about. I would only like to suggest the hotel consider offering complimentary tea service throughout the day, especially for guests like me who are from Kazakhstan and enjoy drinking tea from morning till night. This thoughtful addition could further enhance the overall guest experience, making the stay even more enjoyable and comfortable for guests like myself who appreciate a good cup of tea.

The hotel is a very nice place, not far from Boyalik Beach. The staff is also very friendly (especially the woman from restaurant, sorry, do not know her name), the hotel’s aesthetics fits the area, very comfortable and cozy. Also, there is a restaurant which serves pretty nice meals. The breakfast is also of the high quality.

The service was great ! Very friendly people, always smiling and willing to help with anything. Breakfast was delicious, rooms got cleaned every day. There's a bus station right in front of the hotel, you can take the bus to go to Alaçati or çesme. We loved the hotel and it definitely exceeded our expectations ! Again, very friendly people that will do their best to help you with anything.

I felt like at home. Bonus was the friendliness of the staff, specially Nedibe and Yakob at the restaurant of the hotel. The Staff at the reception were also very nice. I totally enjoyed my stay. The Location was also perfect. Located between Ilica and Cesme with good access to Alacati also. Both Pools were beautiful and clean. Turkish breakfast was also prepared and served with love. Small critics goes to the small bathroom and bad internet in the room. Internet at lobby was good though. The room was also a bit small but as I was mostly outside, it was not a big issue.

It is a clean, nice hotel, between Cesme and Alacati. There is a bus stop right outside that will take you to both towns in no time. The staff is lovely and went out of their way to make us feel at home. Breakfast was very varied and delicious. Good working airco, good bed, good shower, and a nice view from the balcony.

We missed a kettle in the room. I'ts nice to make some tea or coffe along the day.

Lord hotel is old but beautiful, has balcony to see mountains and sea .Breakfast was super fresh and tasty . Staff also so friendly.

cleaning the room and the entire hotel! good location with transport at the door of the hotel (ilija Beach or cesme center 5 minutes away by bus). quiet hotel with 2 pools! great for families! And best of all: service, availability and friendliness of the staff. Absolutely recommendable.

🇦🇿 this hotel and its stuff was exceptionally great! their attitude was very warm and friendly. i felt like I’m not in the hotel but I’m staying at home. they made me feel like I’m in family. very kind, positive receptionists, the owner of the property and of course Mrs Nahide, who was preparing delicious breakfast for me every day. overall I would definitely come back again to this hotel. recommended!
