Good location, overall a clean facility. Room was a good size and also clean.

Attention to some detail. I feel like common areas like the dining area and coffee station need to be up kept. Dirty tables and spilled coffee shouldn’t be seen every time I go to these areas. The shower head and the shower curtain in my bathroom was not appropriate for that bathtub. I was in an ADA room (I didn’t realize when I chose it) but as someone who doesn’t need ADA supports the shower head sprayed water everywhere, the shower curtain doesn’t extend, and it was difficult to shower.

When I booked I noticed the check in time. I was coming in town for a Funeral & leaving first thing in the morning. I put in request for earlier check in. They were booked the night before. I called & let them know when I was 2 hours away. I arrived & Jessica was working the front desk. She said they had my room ready I had to get to the Funeral before 3:00 & had time to get ready. It was a big relief. I got up before 7:00 AM to leave. I didn't eat the breakfast bc I wanted to get on the road for my long trip home. Everything looked great - biscuits - eggs- Texas Waffles - cereal is what I remember seeing.

I parked by the back door that is by the Pool. I tried using my room key to get in - it didn't open even though it was Green. I later saw someone from the Pool trying to get in & I went to open the door. The hairdryer did not work but they provided me with a Brand New One & said to leave it in the room bc they were replacing the old ones - so all was good.

Staff was tremendously friendly, clean room with basic amenities & charging ports. Toiletries for one shower. Good WiFi. Easy location. Great complimentary breakfast that has fresh apples & bananas, with JIF to go peanut butter packs. Gym is just what you need for on the go, like a home gym: treadmill, elliptical, stationary bike & weights. A very nice value, actually far exceeded expectations.

Not sure many peeps take advantage of gym. The machine wipes were not accessible but the front desk clerk gave me something to wipe down with for before and after use. Next could have uses I just brought my own make up wipes to clean machines.

The staff was helpful and friendly. I asked for clean towels and toilet paper and was not questioned. I have been to places where the staff has questioned me when I ask for things.

The only thing that is not a big deal is they could use another washing machine. It was a busy weekend and many kept checking to use the machine.

Bed was really small. Says 2 queen beds but it was a full size bed. For a large size man, tall and wide, this difference in bedding is uncomfortable. Please state full size if it is so, as to not misrepresenting it as a queen.

It was super clean the people in the front very nice few min to where I needed to go

Pool is dirty, breakfast was super cold even though everything is microwaved also the GPS at night makes you go into Washburn tunnel the tunnel closes sometime at night and leave us stranded had to use a toll to get to the hotel

I arrived on Thanksgiving day due to a horrible experience at another hotel and the luggage carts were not operational. The young lady quickly offered me the laundry cart to use to assist me with my luggage. This was especially important as I am disabled and walk with a cane.

My reservation was supposed to be for a disabled tub room. I not only didn’t get this room due to cleaning crew being off for the holiday but was also on the 3rd floor.

The staff was very responsive and helped when we had an issue with the AC in the room not working. They even made the effort to try to put us in a room nearby so it wouldn't be such a hassle to move.

The AC didn't work in our room. Although the staff tried to help, it wasn't cooling. We were then moved to a different room that had working AC.

Smelled clean when we arrived and the air conditioner was very efficient. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was decent. My kids liked getting Texas shaped waffles.

Pillows were small and went flat easily. Our TV remote wouldn't work and no one could fix it. Piece of bathroom cabinetry fell off and was never fixed. No Kleenex available (housekeeping said they were out).

Charged me twice when supposedly I had paid online already and the time of my arrival I was told I had to pay again and the “deposit” I paid online was being reimbursed in 7 days , it should be only one time pay.
